We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family with a toddler and a baby in town for a MU graduation. The outdoor space was so nice for the weekend, everything was very clean and the location is perfect. We had one issue that was out of Dan’s control but he responded quickly and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again.

House is as described. Quiet street, great outside area, clean, close to campus. Just my husband and I stayed, but would be great for a group

The house was nice with multiple bedrooms with queen beds. The host thought of every thing you could need while away from home.

Dan‘s place in Columbia was perfect for a group of moms visiting for a sorority mom’s weekend! The location is ideal and Dan thinks of everything you may need during your stay. It was the most well stocked vacation rental I have ever been in. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended by the entire group!

Our family stayed on this property while in town for a long weekend swim meet. It was perfect in location and size. Our kids loved the game room and we were able to spread out! It was clean and exactly what we expected according to the listing! Also, the screened in porch was awesome!

A group of us came to Columbia for the state basketball tournament. The location of the house is easy to get to and close to campus. The house was perfect for all the kids and the adults loved the firepit and setup. We would defiantly book here again if we come back to Columbia!

We rented this house for a weekend to watch the high school basketball championship games in Columbia. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well decorated, and the beds comfortable. The host communicated all information to us and was available for any questions.

This house was absolutely perfect. Every single thing had been thought through and lots of love and care went into planning for guests. There is not one thing that hadn’t been already thought of. The house shows Dan’s love for Columbia and his love for being a great host. We truly felt like a family member had prepared for our visit. Fun history about Columbia and lots of school spirit items for Mizzou. Easy to get to anywhere in town but on a very quiet street. Lots of parking. Check in was seamless. Beds were super comfortable and things like extra blankets and pillows were abundant. The back yard was an absolute dream and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!! Thank you so much for letting us be guests in your perfect house. We will be back!!

Five Mizzou alumni (from CO, NJ, NM and PA) and three of our teen kids stayed here for a weekend and everything about the property was excellent (and as described). There is plenty of parking and house furnished with everything you need from the coffee bar to the gas grill to the fire starter kit. The property is within walking distance to the Waffle House and we even walked to the football game at Faurot. Less than five minute drive to Rock Bridge state park, Mizzou campus and the HyVee. A few other highlights: --Artwork depicting some of CoMo's best hangouts (Booches, Glenn's, et. al) --Backyard firepit, gas grill, porch and dining area is set up well and great for groups. --Kids (and adults) loved the arcade and pingpong table in the lounge. --Uniquely themed and appointed bedrooms. --Main living room/kitchen area is also good for groups of all sizes. Would highly recommend and book again. --Jeff D.
