We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was private and easy to get to. We were close enough to all the top spots around town but far enough away to “get away”. Highly recommend.

I would book again solely for the view! It's even better than the pictures. The morning has low clouds that sit beautifully in the valley, then you can see the ocean peeking through mid-day, and the sunset in the evening is incredible. We went in July and the temperature was still enjoyable to get in the hot tub at night (high 60s & low 70s). The only downside was that we got zero cell service on the mountain. Once we were in the house, then we were able to connect to WiFi and receive calls/texts. One day the WiFi did have issues, and the team was quick to respond and make it right. Overall, still a 5-star stay. I would definitely book again!

The highlight of this stay is definitely the hot tub experience- the views were gorgeous, and the fire pit was a nice touch as well. The location is in the mountains but relatively close to all of the spots in Malibu worth visiting. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including a fully stocked kitchen and extra towels. One thing we weren't told about our stay is that the wifi signal was absolutely horrendous during our stay... so much so that even the TV wasn't working, and we were unable to use our phones to access internet consistently (plus, there's no cell signal as well). I'd recommend the property managers to install a mesh network (like an Eero or Google Nest Wifi) ASAP to allow the TV to work and allow the guests a more comfortable and worry-free stay.

The house was everything advertised and then some! Newer rental close enough to the highways but far enough in the hills to feel like you are secluded. Whether it’s sitting on the deck by the fire at night or enjoying a soak in the hot tub after a long day at the parks, this place won’t disappoint. Just a heads up, the master bedroom doesn’t have a door. Not a deal breaker but something worth noting if you are coming with kids.

This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway! The hot tub overlooking the canyon and ocean is incredible, the views from the bed are breathtaking, and the location is far enough from "civilization" that you feel secluded and close enough to have everything close. Check in was super easy and the entire process was smooth. We'll be staying here again in the future.

We loved the space. So comfortable and quiet, fire pit and hot tub were amazing for relaxing. I loved the table outside for breakfast too. Amazing view. Would come back!
