This place is super convenient and safe. A few comforts could be improved, but the basics are there. More cutlery is needed and maybe a mattress cover to make the bed softer. In house laundry was great. The parking is convenient and Samir responded very quickly to questions. A couple spots needed to more attention when cleaning, but when Samir found out, he fixed it.

Samir told us to “just wait for another car to go into the private gated garage and follow them in,” as he did not provide the FOB to open it. We couldn’t do that and a security guard approached us so we asked for help getting into our vacation rental, showed him the VRBO confirmation. He said this man has done this before and he’s not supposed to, because the apartment complex is for tenants with a lease who live there, cannot sublet it. Samir was on speaker phone because I was telling him the gate won’t open, and he said not to tell them his apartment # but I said I already did. He said to stay there and he’d be right there. In person, I called him out on this scam and told him what the security guard told us about him. I demanded a refund and said our kids had been waiting for us to get parked and get the luggage and they texted us because they were worried as it had been about an hour of run-around from him to help us get in. We told him we were getting our kids right now. We explained to pack up ASAP and we’d explain later. We had @ days reserved and nowhere to go. He was texting and calling me and saying to get out of the apartment. I said I wasn’t leaving until I had proof of refund. And I sat there and called VRBO to report him right away, explaining what the security guard said, so hopefully he will be shut down. It was devastating, we had driven 16 hours to take our kids to Disneyland for the first time and this fraud ruined our arrival, it was scary!!

I stay with my Family for 2 weeks and we have great accommodations it was very cozy , clean and comfortable apartment with lots amenities like Gym, Yoga Studio, pool ,… And good access to important highways , near to attractions
