Home was within minutes to shops and beaches. Home came equipped with everything we needed for our beach trips. The only thing we didn’t have was a beach tent but we were able to go purchase one at Walmart just a minute down the road. The home was clean and perfect for our stay. We are fan sleepers and usually buy a small one, but there was a small one in the closet that was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything for our needs but a mixing bowl. We stopped over at dollar tree and got a cheap one. The house had everything we needed for laundry, baths etc. (Good shampoo is always a plus in my book!) Neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfy for a good nights sleep!

Everything about this place is top notch. My only regret is not staying longer. The location is great and the home is beautiful with everything you need for a week at the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4 so I may be back with the kids.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Check in was so easy. Unit was furnished with ALL the extras. Location was great. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Great experience.

This place was more than we expected! They had odds and ends things you may need, it was so clean, and the area was nice and quiet! A great deal and so close to Anna Maria island! 10/10

We stayed here as a budget friendly alternative to staying on Anna Maria Island. As a result, we were able to more fully experience what the local area has to offer. This rental was as described in the listing, simple but met our needs for our family of 3. It is located in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, where we felt safe. Parking was easy. It was close to so much, and most importantly for us, close to Anna Maria Island. The rental was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the big fridge. The host was super responsive and very accommodating for our needs. I would recommend this if you’re looking for a place to stay which won’t break the bank.

Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Easy access to beaches, restraints and shopping.

This place was cozy and very clean. The amenities was fantastic. All you need for a week vacation. They provide everything from hand soap, shampoo, and the list goes on Zoey was delightful and very accommodating You wont go wrong staying at this place. Minutes from the beach.

This little place is perfect for getting anywhere in the Bradenton area. It's got everything you need for your stay in a very well maintained and supplied duplex.

This was a lovely place. Nice quite location. It was very well supplied with anything that would be needed for a short or extended visit. Very handy to the beach and all that was on my to do lists in the area. Manager was very attentive to my requests. This will be a place I would most certainly rent again.

Our hosts have a beautiful place that we greatly enjoyed using. The property was nicely maintained and decorated. There were many special touches like choice of coffee and tea with the Kuerig, a selection of books, and interesting artwork on the walls. The property is located close to the beaches and shopping so both activities are convenient. I recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a Florida beach vacation. We chose this one partly because it is pet friendly and we were happy we did so. I would be happy to visit these hosts and this place again.

We had a great stay at this location! It was amazing being only a short 5 minutes from seeing the sunset on the beach! It was conveniently close to coffee / groceries and other shopping as well as a cute close by playground! The apartment was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The property manager was very easy to contact and quick to respond - when the vacuum did not work they brought over a new one within a day! My only critique is that the kitchen didn’t have everything (no cooking sheets for oven or plastic dishes for kids, no butter knives and a small sink) but overall those were minor things and we would absolutely rent here again in the future! We had a great experience!

Great location for traveling to beaches with access to city amenities.

Very clean, quiet, and convenient! So close to IMG and beaches. My kids were extremely happy to stretch out here versus a hotel and the host was extremely responsive and friendly. Hope to stay again!

Really enjoyed the stay there. Everything was supplied including towels, shampoo cleaning supplies, and even laundry detergent to do your clothes Zoe thought of everything. What a great host everything was perfect. In fact, we will stay there again in the future.
