Great location to downtown black mountain in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Enjoyed our time and would def return/recommend!

This beautiful house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood conveniently close to several good restaurants and only 15 minutes from the Biltmore. The house was immaculately clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub after our days of exploring. My only regret is not staying an extra day. Only things I would mention for the home owners was the ceiling fan in the nature domain room is either imbalanced or needs tightened as it was making a lot of noise/movement when on; otherwise I would just update your binder about use of tv streaming service to reduce confusion. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay here again!

Superb vacation stay in a wonderful house. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at High Windy View, but with a major inconvenience. Unfortunately, the main bathroom toilet stopping working on our first night, so we had to share the ensuite master bathroom toilet for the entirety of our stay. This was a bit tricky when you had to go during the night and eliminated any sort of privacy for the couple staying in the master bedroom. Due to it being a holiday weekend (even though the initial outreach was made on 12/30) it was not fixed until after we left. We tried fixing it on our own, but it seemed to be an overall issue in the house as the second bathroom also had a weak flush. Aside from that, it's a beautiful and fully equipped/supplied house that is great for a mountain retreat. We'll most likely return, but not sure if we'll take a chance over a holiday just to be on the safe side!

We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

The property was perfect for my family. Our boys loved the hot tub and tech-friendly home. My mother and wife loved the house's layout and decorations, cleanliness, and beautiful views from the deck. The beds slept perfectly, and the dogs had plenty of room to run and fetch in the large yard to the side of the house. We will definitely go back again soon.

We had a blast! Took my 17 year old on a birthday trip with my other 2 daughters and my 2 sisters. The home was lovely and was very clean. My kids enjoyed playing with the smart home features. “Google turn on the lights” The hot tub was amazing and my girls all enjoyed that very much! My only complaint is that there was only half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms and no extra!! There is nothing quite like sitting on the toilet and yelling across the house for someone to find some toilet paper and not finding any! This is below poor hosting! If you can’t afford even one extra roll of toilet paper for your guests maybe rethinking the rental business should be in play. This one thing may be a little minor to some but to me and my girls it kinda put a damper on the whole stay. This should be somewhere in large print and BOLD writing that the toilet paper you get on the roll is ALL you get. If I had known in advance it probably would have been a little different. I could have brought my own and been a little more prepared. All in all it is a beautiful home and we did enjoy our stay but MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!

This property was easily located by GPS. Check in/out easy. All staples are available.(tissue, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent/shampoo, spices, sugar, coffee) Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. However, Bakeware is needed like casserole dishes and something to bake brownies( no 9x13 pans or glassware). Very clean house and comfy beds. Enjoyed having garage use since weather was icy cold. Heat worked perfectly. Leary of gas logs due to strong gas smell. Hot tub was t used due to low outside temps. Great stay as a hub for our visit to Asheville and Biltmore House. Our new family enjoyed bonding over Christmas. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

Plenty of room to relax and enjoy family time!

Took this trip for a wish list trip for my Mother and my sister came along. The house was beautiful and very clean. The smart house feature was fun for my 86 yr old mother to experience. It was lovely to have the Mountain View but in a one level house and without having to drive the curvy mountainous roads. It was perfect for our our needs! The kitchen is equipped with everything one would possibly need and the appliances are very new and modern. We enjoyed this very relaxing trip and were sad when it was over.

We chose to get out of town for Thanksgiving this year. This place did not disappoint. The layout was great and plenty of space. While the community didn’t offer long walks for the dogs, a great park with a path around the lake was 5 minutes away. The only thing I would have liked was a vacuum. I know the dogs drug in leaf’s and sand from their walks and I felt bad. House was convenient to all the local attractions. Porch was great to just sit and read.

First class all the way. Great well-stocked kitchen with the latest appliances. A master bedroom suite that I wish I could package up and take home with me. A spectacular view of the mountains from the back porch. A "smart" home, fun to experiment with..."google, turn off the living room lights!" A large dining room table that six long-time friends could sit around and enjoy a home-cooked meal (made easy in that beautiful kitchen mentioned earlier). An incredibly clean, 2-car garage. A lovely neighborhood of new homes. Great stay... but please note the trundle bed is not sufficient for 2 adults (especially two in their 70's) so plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The view from the deck is awesome, enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck taking in the views. The house is immaculate and very spacious. Our family of four had plenty of room. Loved exploring Black mountain, Asheville, and hiking! Highly recommend Pisgah, Craggy Gardens, Mt Mitchell and HighFalls/Triple Falls to name a few. The hot tub was a nice treat after long days of exploring. Thank you for the memories.

This property is even better than described. It seems new. The landscaping is beautiful, it is easy to access, all the furnishings are comfortable & stylish. The hot tub is large & clean, the beds are comfortable. Location is close to town with a great view from the back deck. My best description of this property would be it seems like an property shown as an “after” on HGTV. Loved it, highly recommend it, can’t wait to return!

This house was beautiful and still had a new house smell! It was a great location in bleach mountain and it was peaceful at night. There was a new construction house being build close by and you could hear that in the morning but otherwise it was a perfect place to relax.

This peaceful mountain home was a perfect retreat for our family of four. Ideally situated close to town as well as many hiking trails, we found something new to do everyday; and then came back to this home away from home to recharge. This home is remarkable. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart home technology as well as the very well stocked kitchen! Every detail has been thought of by the owners and very much appreciated. None of us wanted to leave and are already planning our next adventure. We certainly look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Wow is this place clean. My wife and 2 teenagers were impressed with this house. The description doesn't do it justice, and should include so much more. This place is stocked. The kitchen is more fully stocked than my own house with utensils and appliances. They have thought of everything to provide for their guest. This is a great location in Black Mountain, with several restaurants, fast food, and drug stores a few minutes away. We loved that it is right between Catawba Falls and the town of Asheville, each about 20 minutes from this house. The house is new and very modern, and decked out with technology.
