Nice view and fantastic location that pretty much close to good hiking trials.

Home was beautiful, such a breath taking view from main room. Troy was wonderful and very helpful...This was our first-time to Sedona and we will always have a great memory.

We experienced many issues. The inexperienced owner gave us check-in instructions for a different property. The home was not cleaned and the hot tub water was not sanitary. We then found out that the hot water had been turned off and the heat was not working. This was the last week of December. We had to meet the heating contractor who told us he had advised the owner to replace the furnace but the owner had not done so. It was difficult to communicate with the owner since he was out of the country with limited reception and he does not have a local property manager. He had his cleaning service stop by one time to try to help with the heat. Also, 3 of the bedrooms are in the basement without windows and are difficult to heat. The owner said he was willing to work with us regarding all the problems but now is not responding. We have found that the owner is not licensed with Sedona to rent this home.

The views in the listing are not embellished, they are better in person. The home is well thought out and positioned close to all necessities. We enjoyed our stay here and would 100% book again.
