Was a little due to location but everything was clean and Quiet

The hotel itself was great, which was actually unexpected because it didn’t look the best online but it was the closest hotel to the WPB port the staff was so friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! The rooms are very comfortable and very clean!!

The property and location felt completely unsafe. People belongings were left outside their doors. A door to one room was left ajar and there was stuff strewn all about the room. I did not want to even park my car there for fear of something happening to it. The hotel denied my request for a refund.

Staff is so kind. We had to extend our stay and they were so accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed here just a night before our flight next day, and I recommend for a quick stay. It’s very clean and quiet place. The owners take your drivers license information, I think that’s a good thing which keeps all the creeps out of the property, especially considering that area. It’s not the worst part of the town but not the best either. Nice and clean property, really good for a quick stay if you don’t want to spend lots of money just for a stopover.

The check in was super easy, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the room was clean! The water pressure is not very strong but gets the job done if you like firm mattresses then you will sleep well! I will definitely stay here again, 7 min drive to the beach quick and easy with a lot of food and shopping options close by

Good stay

Very nice establishment. The room is big and clean. Bathroom is big with a big shower. The room Smells great. Has a TV with lots of channels, fridge and microwave is available. Easy parking in front of the room. 5 minutes from cruise terminal Margharitaville.

Looks can be deceiving upkeep on property was great, rooms was very clean no smoke smell. noise level very low utilities work very well. Check-in was flawless. Staff was very friendly and helpful but you will have to keep your head on the swivel when walking the street at night.

We were very impressed with the quality and affordability of the Travel Inn. Our room was clean with high quality bed sheets and pillows. It was evident that the owners take pride in giving their clients the best possible experience. This is a great place to stay if you are going diving at Blue Heron Bridge because it's close by. We felt very safe at the Travel Inn. It's small and quaint. Highly recommended for divers on a budget who want a safe, quiet place to stay with a super comfortable bed. We had a mini fridge and a microwave, and a mural painted on the wall in our room!

This is a modest motel but is clean, quiet, and our "deluxe" room was newly remodeled. The neighborhood is busy but a ten-minute drive to the beach. Staff was friendly. It's a bargain for the area, we would stay here again.

Rooms were definitely remodeled recently and all of the staff were very kind and accommodating. Would stay again if I find myself in West Palm Beach.

The room was remodeled and very clean! This is not a 4-5 Star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable for what I needed it for. However, the lack of amenities in the room and motel took a star away. Over all I will be staying here for the price and location of my visits.

Check-in and check-out were friendly, quick, and convenient. Room was FABULOUS! Newly renovated, large, comfortable, and CLEAN! Love that it has a walk-in shower instead of tub shower. I found the room set up to be exactly what I needed and comfortable. Spacious, plenty of surfaces to put all my things, fridge & micro in an alcove with plenty of space to prepare food and drink. The A/C is a window unit but was very cold and not too loud. Bed was firm and plenty of pillows. As mentioned in other reviews, the area is a bit sketchy; however, the owners have taken care to overcome this by having a well-lit parking lot, clean grounds, and pretty landscape. This shows the care and attention they have for the property. I've stayed in this area for the last 2 years and the City is in the process of improvement, so won't be long before the neighborhood feels more upscale and less "sketchy".

Staff that checked us in and out were very sweet. Room wasn’t great. Very run down. Strong old smoke smell. Looks like they’re working on improvements. The area is a little uncomfortable to walk around at night.

No coffee pot in room. I wish there was. No ice machine available. Asked for room service, bed sheets weren’t changed. Garbage not picked up. Only got clean (2) towels. No extra soap or shampoo containers left for us. Price was good. My choice for staying there. Unsure of the neighborhood.

For the price and being in that area to see the ball games in Jupiter or West Palm Beach, great price. Staff was nice, easy parking, quiet outside, We would stay here again.

Front lady very nice. It’s a small motel. No pool or breakfast. It looks like it’s was renovated. Clean room. Clean bathroom. It did through me off the color of the walls because of the painting on it. Also the sheet color because there were not your normal white sheets . But everything else very nice. Definitely missing the coffee maker. Overall good stay.

The young lady that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The property is beautiful and very well kept.

My wife and I enjoyed two days of vacation using this easy access/comfortable motel as our home base for nearby activities. Not only was the room comfortable, but there was a nearby patio where we were able to sit and relax under a palm tree...a little piece of paradise.

This is the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Very well run and maintained. Recently renovated with nice finishes.

The room and hotel were great. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy though.
