The electrical panel for the entire house is located in the room. I was woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times by other guests telling meme that the power had gone out and they needed to reset it.

I have been living here for two months and the overall experience is very good, but there are also a few issues that need improvement. Firstly, price is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. Among the accommodation options in the Vancouver area that you can find on Booking, the low prices here can rank in the top five. Of course, what is even more satisfying is that low-priced houses can maintain a high level of comfort. The room is spacious and clean, with a bed that is white and soft. Also there is a TV, refrigerator, and electric fan in the room. This is a very comfortable place for long-term or short-term travelers. The public area is also very clean, with a living room, two toilets, two washing machines and a kitchen. I have to focus on praising the cleaning service. Basically, there are cleaners here every day to clean public areas and checked out rooms, so the floors and toilets can always be kept clean. Of course, you can also ask the cleaner to clean the interior of the room, but I haven't asked before. Finally, the transportation here is also very convenient, very close to the Canada Line, and it is fast to go to downtown and Richmond.

The ventilation in the room seems to be connected to the kitchen, and once someone is cooking, the smell will spread upstairs. And it is worth mentioning that the sound insulation effect of some rooms is not very good. Some walls seem to be very thin, which makes it possible for slightly louder sounds to affect the people in the next room. Sometimes, you cannot even make phone calls at normal volume.
