Location was great . And so was the apartment.

1) the address listed is not correct. The entrance is NOT on Lindbrook Drive, but on 10833 Wilshire Blvd. Even the arranged Taxi driver that picked us up from the airport had the wrong address. Only because I looked at the video that was sent to me was I able to tell the driver to go around the block and visually find the entrance. 2) the communication with the owner was non existing and we had a VERY hard time getting into the Unit. NO owl with the key fab was hanging on the door of the unit. The building concierge was very nice but not connected with these rental units and also had a hard time getting in touch with someone . Ultimately she was able to let us in to the unit. And we found the key fab hanging in the kitchen. Mistakes like this can happen, it's the lack of communication we are the most upset about.

The location in Brentwood was perfect! The property changed their name to Beverleywood the day before I arrived, but the property I stayed in was on 26th Street in Brentwood. The house was a good size and well furnished (although a bit dated)

The check-in was very convoluted. I had asked to receive the door opening app for download before I left Europe, but that was not possible. I received it in LAX. I received a message saying to phone 30 minutes before arrival at the property, which I did, only for the call to go unanswered and to receive a text message saying "I am not answering as it is my day off"!! Upon arrival at the property the door was unlocked and we discovered that the WiFi was not working due to non payment of the bill. This meant we could not leave the property as there was no way to lock the door. In addition there were no TV channels, due to the lack of WiFi. We phoned as soon as we arrived to flag the issue and went to bed. The issue was resolved about 3 hours later at midnight.

Such a spacious place with fabulous interior and homey feels. I loved the jacuzzi outdoor. Will definitely be back here. Excellent stay!

Everything was within our expectations if not exceed it. Nothing we can ask for, really.
