Room was very clean and in a good location. Our room had a great oceanfront view. Would stay again!

This was a get away for my wife, and myself. We are a couple in our late 60's that wanted a getaway after vacationing with grandkids over the last decade. What we found was a place that felt like home after a hour of stashing our belongings. This condo was over stocked anything. We had stopped at the local Food Lion to stock up on paper goods and daily cleaning supplies. We soon realized we would be taking our purchases home with us. The owners had insured that there was plenty of dish, and hand soap, along with toilet paper. The sounds of the waves could be heard in living room and master bedroom, making for an overall serene feel. I have to say the laid back pace of Topsail was a welcome change from other tourist driven vacation spots we have visited. I'd gladly recommend anyone that wants a vacation filled with memories, to try this condo.

The property was advertised as oceanfront. We felt that description was a bit misleading. We had a view of the ocean but we weren't oceanfront as we are accustomed to being at our usual rental. Also, only 1 key was provided to the unit. I was anxious the entire week that we would lock ourselves out of the unit. We didn’t, thank God. An additional key would have given me more peace of mind.

This condo was the perfect home away from home. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Carpets were super soft and well kept. The view from the balcony was gorgeous especially at sunrise. This host was very responsive and helpful with all pur questions. Very easy check in process. We would highly recommend! Looking forward to visiting again in the future ❤️

We have stayed at Topsail Dunes a couple of times and this condo was our favorite. Lots of space, beds was comfortable, pillows weren’t flat. They had every thing we would need down to beach wagon. I was skeptical about the carpet because we’ve never rented a condo at the beach with carpet but it was far better with carpet. We would definitely stay here again. South Topsail has my heart but we like staying in a place with a pool so we just drove to the south end a couple of days. The elevator and the carts were very helpful and an added bonus since the last time that we stayed the building that we were, and did not have that. See you next year.

The condo was as listed. The downside was that with having to wash all towels before leaving the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry; even in small loads. The other downside is that the pool closes at 8, and when reserving the time listed was later than that. Those are just not picky things. Besides that it was an amazing place and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful week at North Topsail Dunes. Lois made the rental process very easy and answered any questions we had within a day. The only problem (not property owners fault) was the elevator wasn't working Thursday through this morning when we left. Took a lot longer to take stuff down from the 4th floor than we anticipated. The condo was very clean and well supplied. Look forward to going back next year!!!

This was our second week at this very nice, comfortable condo. There was nothing that you needed that wasn't there. We had two beautiful weeks of sunshine and two very comfortable lodgings. If possible, we would certainly go back. Lois was so accomodating!!

We loved the condo and location! Lois was great to communicate with and helpful and friendly. The fact that we didn't need to pack towels, beach chairs, sand toys or boogie boards was a huge plus! We're already planning our vacation for next year!

The two weeks spent here were some of the best vacation weeks we have had! The condo looked as it was advertised, fully equipped with more than expected, and our host could not have been kinder! She actually made a 50 mile trip to help us when we had a problem with the TV... couldn't ask for anyone better! Thanks. Lois!

We have visited Topsail Island for close to 20 years, but this is the first time we’ve stayed at North Topsail. This 2BR condo was plenty roomy for our group with easy access to the beach and off island conveniences such as dining, grocery, etc. The condo’s amenities were plentiful including a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.

It was our first time to the Island and cannot wait to come back! Lois was a wonderful host and her condo is exactly as described! Clean, ocean front in a great spot, well stocked and decorated for a beach vacation!! This unit has a great location overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of time just walking the beach! The condo was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Good deal for the money!

I was so pleased with my condo. It was very clean & well decorated with calming,ocean colors. Access to the beach was close & convenient. Lois was very accommodating.Grocery store was a little far but you don't care because of views going over bridge. I loved N. Topsails! This was my second visit there & will return soon. We arrived to find everything was as advertised. All appliances and everything else needed in the kitchen were supplied. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. were also provided. WiFi worked well, good cell phone reception. The condo and it's views were awesome. Would recommend to a friend. Hope to return next year.

The owner has thought of everything and provided it all. The condo was immaculate and all we had to do is unpack and go.
Mu husband fished and I walked miles in the beach which is right outside the condo with super easy access via elevator. The ocean view was awesome. My husband even spotted a whale late one afternoon. I thought he was seeing things, but after a little research I realized that he had indeed seen one. I did see dolphins though.:)
We hope to be able to come back and spend another week in this great spot.

We just spent a week at this beautiful property. It was our first experience booking a stay through VRBO, and if all properties are as well kept as this one, I will happily go through them again. The ocean views and beach access were just what we were looking for. Amenities and property were exactly as described, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking meals easy for my family so there was no need to eat out every time. The location is lovely, and we enjoyed the less touristy feel of North Topsail Island. Grocery store was just a quick drive away, and the easy beach access was our favorite part.
If you visit be sure to spend some time searching the beach for shells and shark teeth!

Had a great time at Topsail Island. The condo was great and we enjoyed all of the extras. Beds made when we got there. Fresh towels and beach towels were available. And there was soap, napkins, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and everything else we could need. I should have packed less. Thanks so much for a great week!

We truly enjoyed our first visit to North Topsail. The calm, non-commercial atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. This condo was perfect for our family of four. Although you could have 4 adults and have kids sleep on the floor if you wanted to squeeze in. Lois was wonderful in returning answers to our questions and being in call if needed. Condo was clean and ready to go stocked when we arrived. Pool is very nice. We will be back!
One item to know is that this condo is in the building with an elevator. That's a huge plus when it is on the top floor!
