Everything! What an amazing find on our journey through Idaho! Beautiful and Clean - Staff was pleasant ;) Our room was perfect. Beds were comfortable....We wished our hotel was like this in Banff ;9

The smell and feel of cleanliness of the entire facility!

The breakfast buffet food could improve and the time it is delivered so that people dont stand up in line waiting. The space could also improve it was crowded and no room to move.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Our room was spacious. Large bathroom with lots of counterspace. The location is convenient to the highway, but a bit of a drive from the town itself. The included hot breakfast was excellent.

A bit pricey compared to some of the other options located right in the town. The large in wall A/C unit made the room feel like a walk in cooler everytime it cycled on. Even with the fan on the lowest speed you felt a blast of cold air every time it cycled on. We felt too warm one minute and too cold the next and we slept in the bed farthest from it. I can't imagine sleeping right next to it. Also, I forgot an article of clothing at the hotel. I phoned the next evening and they said they would have the manager phone me the next day, but no one called back.

It was so nice and clean and the staff was awesome! He was up and so friendly even with our late night arrival!

The layout of the room is perfect, nice size bathroom. The couch has another bed underneath. The gym is spacious and clean. The patio outside is gorgeous! This hotel is crispy clean worth every penny.

The shower water pressure could be raised a tad more.

Because it is new, breakfast was pretty unorganized. There was no bread, juice and milk. What was served was pre- made breakfast sandwiches. Also the hotel is 15 minutes out of town and there was a parking fee which I think was unreasonable..

As a hotel that opened mid-February 2024, this place was super clean and in good shape. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was really great. Easy access to the main road and to Sandpoint, which was the reason I stayed there.

Since half the room is hard flooring, not carpet, I could hear the person upstairs pretty well. Even over what I think was carpet I could hear walking as though it were an old house with floorboards. The walking wouldn't wake me up, but the shoes they took off and dropped would. Get a room on the top floor to eliminate this issue. Or use earplugs at night which I did.
