This place is right on the beach, and you cant get much closer. It was exactly as pictured online, and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and reading or just viewing the sunset. Communication between the owner was prompt and excellent, which is a major reason we would stay here again. We will definitely be back to IRB!

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

From the moment we walked in the condo, we just said wow. The view from the balcony was awesome and we even saw dolphins a couple of mornings. The sunsets were spectacular. The beach chairs, umbrella, table, and cooler were used every day. The condo is exactly as listed, having a washer and dryer is a definite plus too. The condo is in a very quiet area and walking distance to restaurants. Thanks Bill and Cher for allowing is to rent your place. It was a wonderful week celebrating our 20th anniversary. Sandy

We had a fantastic time, very centrally located, this unit overlooks the beach and is a hop, skip and a jump as far as access. Very quiet, no road noise, and you'd never know you had neighbors! Everyone we met was so friendly. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook in, very close to many restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, plenty of room for 3 adults, would also be ample room for 4. We will definitely be back!

What a great vacation! The weather was spectacular! The area had some great restaurants and things to do. And a huge thank you to Bill and Cher for allowing us to hangout at your beautiful condo! The location on the white sandy beach is perfect! The balcony was perfect from sunrise to beyond sunset! The condo is comfy and inviting with all the amenities there for your use. Communication was quick and helpful! We enjoyed meeting Bill and Cher and look forward to staying at their place again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The beach and pool were so close, so it made our lives so much easier with our children. The beds were very comfortable! The condo was great and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach front condo. Pool water was nice warm temp. Condo was clean and had beach chairs and umbrellas/tent to use. Walking distance to many restaurants. Beautiful sunsets! Would stay there again!

I have to mention the view first. This place is right on the water and we immediately blissed out on the sunsets and sound of the surf. The beach, never crowded, was enjoyed by walkers, bikers and families. As for the condo itself, it was definitely one of the most comfortable and well-equipped places we've rented through VRBO. Honestly - comfortable seating with end tables for your coffee cup and plenty of good lighting. We were so happy in the condo that it was a couple of days before we actually walked out to the beach. The heated pool was wonderful. WiFi worked great. We'd rent again in a minute. Thanks for a lovely, peaceful, carefree vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at your property. It was so nice and convenient to have supplies provided. The view from the living room takes your breath away!! I loved falling asleep listening to the waves. I would definitely return and highly recommend this condo for your stay in Indian Rocks Beach!!

Great location for a week at the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. My wife and I set on the balcany every night and watched the sunset. Spacious and clean with a world class view of the gulf from the main floor and master bedroom. Literally Everything you will need for your stay- from the fully stocked kitchen to all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles and a cooler. Bill and Cher were the most accommodating and friendly hosts we’ve ever had during our 20+ years of staying on the beach. Can’t give enough stars!!

The property had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay!

Our family loved staying in this condo!! We have visited many beaches and stayed in a variety of rentals and this condo and beach are definitely one of our favorites! The view is incredible and we enjoyed eating meals out on the patio. It feels like you’re still on the beach when you’re sitting outside…it’s that close! The property grounds we’re beautiful and well maintained. Our car died when we were there and the property manager was very kind to help us out. We loved that the pool was beachfront and never crowded. Having an upstairs to our unit with no one above us and having it away from the pool made it quiet and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the master was incredible! The condo was cozy and nicely decorated. We have nothing but positive things to say about this place and Indian Rocks. Bill had great communication with us and was available if we needed anything. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future! Thank you!

This condo is a perfect place for anyone! We stayed here for 7 nights celebrating our honeymoon! The view is absolutely beautiful 🤩 The condo is exceptionally clean!! The master bed is so comfortable and the has a great view to wake up to every morning. Bill is very accommodating and responsive! Recommend to everyone including families with children. Location is ideal. Beach is very clean and private compared to others in this area. Can not wait to go back!

This condo is in a perfect location. Just a few steps to pool or beach. Owner has thought of everything you could need, even plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwater pods. All the local restaurants we tried were excellent! The only thing I would've liked to have was a couple of comfortable true beach chairs that lean back. Some chairs, cooler, beach towels & beach toys were provided. We would love to come back to this condo!

This was our 2nd visit to Happy Fiddler, first time in this condo and we loved it! The condo was clean, well appointed and had a wonderful view of the beach. Beach access was easy and we were relaxing as soon as we showed up. Communication with the property management was easy and complete, even though we were stuck in a broken airplane, in another state (all email and texts were quickly answered and we were assured our reservation wasn’t going anywhere). We had a great visit and we’ll be back again for sure.

The location cannot be beat! The view and the swimming were amazing!. The condo has everything needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas.

This is our second time at the property, and we will be back :) Everything is comfortable and easy here, exactly what we are looking for in a vacation spot. You can’t stay closer to the ocean! If you are lucky enough to book this rental, you won’t be disappointed.

This condo was perfect for our group of 5. It was very clean. The location was perfect. Beautiful view right on the beach with an amazing master bedroom. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Amenities were great. The heated pool was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

This property is truly Oceanfront! Total of 35 steps to Beach. The balcony is awesome and hard to leave for sure. Would book and stay here again and again! Awesome place!

This was a wonderful property! We loved how close we were to the beach and to the shops/restaurants in Indian Rocks. Bill was an excellent host and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!

This was just a great place. Wish we could've stayed longer. BEAUTIFUL views of the gulf and a sunset every night but one!. Traffic minimal at this end of the beach and across the street was intracoastal, so no condos. Owner responded back immediately with all questions. It might be nice to include some THINGS TO DO in the area. This area was new to us, and always like to see recommendations for restaurants and places to go nearby. We rode bicycles on the Pinellas trail, went to Honeymoon Island and Fort DeSoto Beach. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This place is amazing. The view is spectacular. Owners thought of everything one would need to enjoy your time here. Check in and check out were a breeze. A wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely be back.
