We had a wonderful stay! Great location to travel in any direction; only wish we'd had a little more time in the area to explore. The house was comfortable and well-cared for with plenty of towels, etc.

It was awesome. Brian was very responsive. We were allowed to check in early. The hot tub was a bonus. My only suggestion is to provide an ironing board and iron as we were attending a wedding down the street.

Our recent stay at this beautifully remodeled vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the home was meticulously cared for, boasting modern and stylish interiors that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location of the rental could not be more ideal. Nestled within walking distance to both the pristine beach and local restaurants, it offered convenience along with stunning views that were a joy to wake up to every morning. Whether we were in the mood for a beach day or a casual dining experience, everything was just a short stroll away. For those traveling with children, this place is a treasure trove of activities. The backyard is equipped with a variety of toys, a ping pong table, and a swing set, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The highlight for both kids and adults, however, was the amazing backyard complete with a luxurious hot tub. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of adventure. Brian, the host, was phenomenal. His attention to detail and proactive communication ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. He was accommodating and available to answer any questions we had, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and this rental met all our expectations and more. It was probably the cleanest and nicest vacation rental we have encountered to date, and we've seen quite a few!

Great open plan between the kitchen, dining and living room to make a very nice congregating area. Clean, comfortable beds, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

My adult daughter, her best friend and I came for 3 of the most relaxing days we have ever had. When the beach was windy we could still get sun in the backyard protected. The hot tub was clean and modern. And the Sushi place within walking distance was delicious. Our car didn’t leave the driveway! Thank you for the cozy home!

A ladies weekend out was wonderful at the house! The house was in a perfect location where we enjoyed walking to the beach daily. The view from the house was amazing! It was a great stay.

Very impressed the first night I was enjoying the property so much I said I wish I could stay here a week. My grand children 5 & 7 years old had a marvelous time running up and down the small hill to play on the swing set. I liked how they took an older home and renovated it with recessed lighting, beautiful kitchen counters and the wood floors are very inviting. Lover the wood beams in the living room ceiling. The house has a lot of character. Fun to just sit in the living room watching the kids play on the swing as I enjoyed the incredible ocean view. We had some other plans to explore but cancelled them and just enjoyed the wonderful home. We had a lot of fun playing pingpong and Fuzzball in the garage. Thanks for opening your property to us.

Clean house with great location and wonderful view of ocean!

My family and I were so happy with this gem of a house! It has games to play, beautiful front yard and back yard with a hot tub and is so close to everything. It’s right on a bike path which we didn’t use but might next time…because we are definitely coming back! The house itself is so nicely decorated and they made every part of it so comfortable. We all loved it.

We spent five days at Brian's home in Miramar beach and it was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO we have ever enjoyed. The property has very nice play areas for both young kids 9 ( front yard ) and adults ( back yard with hot tub ). Plenty of space inside, all beds were great and a new kitchen with lots of room. Brian was a great host and available for any details. If you want to stay near Half Moon Bay or Pacifica, this is a great location. We plan on coming back

Our stay at the Miramar Beach House was wonderful. The host, Brian, was a very thoughtful with good communication. The home was clean, well kept, and spacious for our family of five. The backyard is a great for relaxing and hanging out. Very nice place. The location is great too. There are bike paths along the beach and highway 1 in both directions. This was great for us as we were able to go on some runs and walks from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time using Vrbo and we were the first stay for the host Brian. Brian was wonderful as a host. Communication was great, very friendly and helpful when needed. His home was amazing great location, easy and quick access to Half Moon Bay. The home fit our family of 6 wonderfully it was cozy and felt like home. Two places to for entry into the home if you don’t want to deal with the main road. I would definitely recommend and we will book here again on our next trip to Half Moon Bay.
