Great amount of rooms and beds and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen however was daunting because the electric stove has a huge crack in it which caused some worry.

The house is very clean and quiet neighbors. The AC units is working great. I like that it has a gated driveway. Washer and dryer run pretty good. However, the floors on the second level are squeaky, and you could hear someone walking. The garage is park-able but has many stuffs left on the floor and counters. It would be a safety hazard for renter who has kids. One side of the gate was locked and unable to used due to broken fence. The glass stove was broken and could be danger if you are a person who like to cook a lot. Over all, I would say it’s a good stay if you don’t mind all those issues I mentioned.

The neighborhood was quiet, the home is large with 5 bedrooms (1 down, and 4 up) with 3 full bathrooms (1 down and 2 up). The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The double door refridgerator with ice maker was appreciated. The property has potential, however, you can tell that they have more work to do. You do not find out until after it's too late to cancel that if anything breaks while you are there you will be required to replace it - and if you don't they will, plus charge you an additional $30 fee. Also, they video the property before you arrive and if you move anything out of place you must replace it exactly where it was. Accidents happen and things break with use. It made us uncomfortable, worrying about accidently breaking something or moving something. We felt we had to photograph the already broken drawers in the kitchen, broken attic access, dead bugs, etc., and send to owners to protect ourselves from overcharges. House was not as clean as we are used to (the toilet downstairs was dirty, areas needing dusting, bugs, etc.) Besides the towels being cheap, small and scratchy, they were dingy and need a better washing, no extra towels in the linen closet. Only 2 drinking glasses, 2 wine and 1 margarita glass. No wall socket in the master bath, wall socket in the other bath doesn't work. Only place to blow dry/style your hair is the one bedroom with a mirror near a wall socket. The sliding glass door is almost impossible to lock (don't open it!).

Props to housekeeping who presented a very clean house. We are very thankful. Location was fine for our purposes and homeowner was a good communicator. Property needs some TLC - both with furnishings and repairs. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

The house was quaint it will room the people if needed.

When we gooogled address and pulled up we were honestly nervous, but the neighbors were friendly and quiet (other then a barking dog). It was roomy, the beds were comfortable, loved having an icemaker, tons of kitchen cabinet space and the ease of obtaining an Uber was a plus. You can tell they are not done with all of the renovations so if you consider yourself bougie and insist on 5 star accommodations this is not your place, but I totally see this place being a 5 star in the future.

We needed 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms and this fit the bill. My bed was comfortable. House was clean and modern/remodeled. Neighborhood is an older middle class area, but quiet except for dog barking nearby at night. Washer and dryer worked great. No problems with anything.
