This townhouse is literally one block from the West entrance of Yellowstone and across the street from walking trails. It’s updated and beautifully maintained. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with various cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. I enjoy cooking and there wasn’t anything I was missing. There is also a grill in the garage that is available for use. The owner has gone extra mile with things like bear spray, local maps, and thorough instructions. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful first visit to Yellowstone and Barnes on Boundary was a great place for our family. The condo was very nice, clean, well supplied with all we needed for our stay, beds were comfortable, and Trish was very helpful with tips for visiting Yellowstone. We would definitely recommend this property!

We highly recommend Trish's townhome!! It is comfortable, clean, well maintained and in the perfect location for a trip to Yellowstone. Trish is an amazing host who has thought of everything. She even checked out products in the grocery store for me prior to our visit!! We will definitely stay again when we return to Montana!!

We spent 3 nights at the property and they were great. Very convenient to the entrance of the park and the offerings of West Yellowstone. We will stay there again if we go back and recommend this property to anyone heading that way.

You won't find a better place than Trish's in West Yellowstone. We were blown away by how close it was to the West Entrance of the park. It was so easy and nice to get back after a long day of driving. The townhome is tucked away in a quiet corner right on the boundary of Yellowstone and is completely renovated with all the comforts you'll need. You will also notice the artwork placed throughout is wonderful. We really appreciated the little details like the boutique hand soap, the available water bottles to use, the basket of snacks & coffee. We absolutely felt like we were at home. The main shopping & food area is just a few blocks away so we walked there everyday. You have a full green view to the edge of Yellowstone from the front of the house, so we sat out on the porch with the lawn chairs provided. Our absolute favorite is the heated bathroom floors! Thank you Trish for providing us with a great stay!

The unit worked well for our family visit to Yellowstone. Location is very close to the West entrance and the road was plowed/maintained for our wintertime visit. When turned on, the heat really works and the upstairs can easily overheat. Pay attention to the helpful info in the house guidebook. Because this was winter, upon entry the unit was really cold (set at 50), which I understand, but it also was very musty smelling, like it hadn't been occupied in a while. We felt the need to open windows to air it out before turning the heat up. Some of our group thought the mattresses were way too soft, caved in the middle. Others were ok, so have a look at the beds or maybe assign rooms accordingly. Note that while there's a garage, it isn't for parking (supplies/storage) and probably that's noted in the listing but be aware you can't park in the garage.

The property was well kept and had everything we needed. The west entrance to Yellowstone is literally 2 minutes away. The owner Trish was available for any questions. She also supplied the "little things" that make a place welcoming including coffee, bear spray, shampoo and condiments to name a few. Some floors are heated, and temperature controls were available for the different rooms both upstairs and on the main level. We would highly recommend this stay.

We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed and it was so convenient to get to Yellowstone. We hope to stay here again!

Really well located condo on the boundary of the park and closes to town. The condo is spacious and well furnished with all what we needed. Trish is a great host, gave us a lot of information about what to do in the park and provides camping chairs and cooler! Will stay there again.

Wonderful place with easy and quick access to the park. We made a mistake on our check out date, but Trish helped us out. She has stocked the place with Yellowstone tourists in mind. From bear spray to coolers, she had everything you could need. Truly one of the nicest and best property owners that I have met.

This is our family’s second time staying at this property and we have had a great experience both times! It is very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and made our entry and exit each day super easy. The property is very clean and well maintained and Trish is very friendly and easy to work with. Our family really appreciated the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher during our stay. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Very well stocked with any supplies needed for the house. Kid friendly! Highly recommend!

This property could not have been more perfect for visiting Yellowstone. It was literally less than a mile from the West Entrance. Super easy to get into the park early. It was also an easy walk into town to find supper after a long day in the park. Trisha was so welcoming and friendly. She lives in the townhouse next door and it was comforting to have the owner close by. We were two couples and this space was perfect for us to have room apart and together.

Barnes on Boundary was absolutely the perfect place to stay for our family while visiting Yellowstone. Trish was an outstanding host, providing EVERYTHING you could think of that would be needed. The home is in fabulous condition and was so comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. The location being just outside the west entrance allowed us to venture into the park every day early, come back to the house and rest and then explore more, or just play games and make dinner at the home. Truly perfect- if we ever venture to West Yellowstone again, there's no question where we'll stay. Can't recommend Trish and her beautiful "Barnes on Boundary" enough!

If you are planning a family trip to Yellowstone National Park, this is the perfect property to rent. Not only did my family of four have their own space with comfortable beds, we were literally across the street from the YNP property line and 1 mile from the gate! We could walk to town easily and there were plenty of food options if we didn't want to cook. The property owner was wonderful and the unit was plenty stocked with all we needed. It was the perfect property for a perfect family vacation.

Amazingly PERFECT is the only way to describe this condo. Perfect location, perfectly stocked, perfect space for our family of six. Could not be more pleased with our stay!!

Our stay at this property was top notch, 12/10 ⭐ 's!!! We thought this place was the best we have ever stayed in for rentals. Location was awesome, being only a few blocks from the West entrance to Yellowstone and within an easy couple block walk into town. Yellowstone is literally across the street. Trish (the owner) takes your every need into account for your home away from home. The beds are comfy for a good night's sleep after long, fun days in the park. The place is really well stocked with all the items you would need from shampoo/body wash, to condiments, to good cooking items to be able to make your meals right at the condo. We highly recommend this place to stay!!!!!

Trish has a lovely guest home that is on the west boundary of YELLOWSTONE National Park. Perfect for 2 or 3 couples or a family of 6 or7. The town of West Yellowstone is charming and easily walkable. Our stay was 3 nights and we feel we covered a lot of the park especially with an early start. Reserve this property, you will not be disappointed.

This is a great place to stay if touring Yellowstone National Park. Minutes away from the West Gate, this property is clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our first trip to Yellowstone and booking this property was THE BEST decision. The home is so close to the entrance, we were in the park within minutes. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants. Home has everything you need, even bear spray! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

West Yellowstone is conveniently located just outside Yellowstone park and has several restaurants that we enjoyed. Trish is a wonderful host and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this town and this host for anyone visiting Yellowstone.

Barnes on Boundary was a great success. we were there 4 nights so that we could tour yellowstone national park. our side of the unit was impeccably clean and so well stocked and comfortable. superb instructions and easy to follow. excellent location for entry into west yellowstone park gate like just minutes. trish provides everything that could possibly be needed. only minor glitch was neighbor boys and friends right next door were outside for 3 of the nights playing basketball and loud music until almost 9pm. they did cease at dark but until then pretty loud and rowdy but that would be the only negative on a huge sea of positives.

This condo is comfortable, very nicely updated, and has everything you could need for your visit to West Yellowstone. The location pretty much can’t be beat, with easy access to both the park and most places in town. We could get into the park quickly for the day then walk to a great restaurant for dinner. We had a great time - will definitely stay here again if we return.
