The place was everything I expected and was equipped as shown. I just didn’t like the distance from the main road to the gate. Besides that this was an awesome property

We had a wonderful time at this property. Communication with the host could not have been better. One of our party left an AirPod in their room upon leaving and the host went above and beyond to find it and mail it to us. Would rent again.

The property and area are very well maintained. I had a great time during my stay. Pam is good about contacting you in a timely manner and answering any questions you may have.

From booking till the end of trip everything went smoothly. We had to reschedule our trip and the managers were quick and friendly. The house is really amazing! We plan to come back in the future!

We had a great time staying at Pamela’s house. The house was big enough to accommodate our large family for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed having the hot tub and it was great to have clear instructions on how to use it. Communication with the host was perfect before our stay and thankfully we didn’t need anything during! The only problem we had was with the lack of towels since many of my family members were flying in for the visit. We did know ahead of time so we planned in advance, but it was still inconvenient to have to bring those large items with us. It also would’ve been convenient to have hand towels for drying dishes and hands. Overall, not a deal breaker though.

Overall impression was very positive - we have already recommended the property to friends. There was plenty of space for 9 adults and 1 infant. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the location is excellent for trips to Stroudsburg, Bushkill Falls, etc. Our only (minor) complaint was that the inside of the microwave was so filthy that we couldn't use it until we gave it a deep cleaning. The rest of the kitchen was clean, so perhaps that was overlooked prior to our stay. Thank you for sharing your home - we had a great weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay, for a good sized group of people. House was clean and spacious - we all felt very comfortable. Only thing is that bathrooms were not stocked with anything (no towels, shampoo, or conditioner )

We had a big group of all ages and this house was perfect with accommodating while also not feeling on top of each other.

This home was perfect for our yearly vacation with our children and grandkids. The six bedrooms and three bathrooms were clean and functional. We loved that all of us were able to share our meals at the same large table.The kitchen was fully equipped and worked well. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit also. Our family loved the area and all its natural beauty. Pam, the owner was lovely to work with and we would definitely consider staying in this home again.

This house was perfect for our family reunion of 14 people. We really appreciated the 3 different areas where the bedrooms were located which gave everyone space and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue at the gate on the second day and I contacted Pam who took care of it immediately. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the large deck outside. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house and the area where we stayed were lovely. There was plenty to do in the immediate area from swimming, hiking, canoeing, and exploring beautiful waterfalls. The house provided plenty of beds for our large group, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice that the day time and night time temperatures were much cooler there than at home in the Baltimore area.

House was amazing we had a great weekend. The owners where very nice and accommodating.

Location is tucked away in the woods, not too close to neighbors. We saw lots of wildlife, including the backyard area. It did rain our entire stay, but we did make the best of it. Rooms were spacious & enough space for all. Enjoyed the pool table/ping pong area. Definitely was a ‘Happy Place’

Such a great use of space in the house. Having the ski slopes 3min away from the house was the best!! Will be booking this property probably once a year!!

I would suggest this property to friends and already have. We would re-rent this property again. It was perfect for our large family. We used every amenity that the home had to offer.

This home was perfect for a getaway weekend with friends. Sleeps 14 easily and has everything you could ask for.

The house was very roomy for my family of 12. 7 adults and 5 children ages 12 to 6. Pam was great to work with. Quick response on all correspondence between us. She even suggested places to eat. The house was very warm considering it was one of the coldest weekends in history. Kids loved the game room. Snowing and ice last night we were there. Pam texted me in the morning said it was ok to stay later till weather cleared. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfy. Will be going back next year

The house was very comfortable and in a great community. Our family loved having the ping pong table and the hot tub. Nice open floor plan w a beautiful propane fireplace. Homeowner extremely helpful! Will definitely go back!

I rented this house with my family and friends (4 families in total). Two families with two children and two families with one child each. There is enough space for accommodation, we even got an extra room where children played. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and a dishwasher, which helped a lot. There is TV and wifi. Lovely jacuzzi outside and laundry where we could dry our clothes after the jacuzzi. One room is a little different from the others, it is designed for 4 people. There are two beds, each of which slides apart and makes an extra place in each bed. It was a bit awkward for a family with two children, because the part that moves to a lower level. But they managed. There is also a good room with billiards and tennis, where boys and children had a great time, I would like a little more space in this room, but overall great. In general, the house is clean. Everyone is happy, including me. It is also very good that the house is in a community where you can find many different entertainments. We went to the pool with the children, there are playgrounds for children. I recommend.

This property was actually bigger than it appeared online. We were pleasantly surprised by the size/ The layout was perfect for multiple families! There was plenty of room to spread out or come together on the large sectional in the living room or at the dining room table. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal together and we all fit around the dining table that expanded! Lots of things at the house to keep us entertained and relaxed, including a hot tub, pool table/ping pong table and loads of board games! The home also had a wifi and lots of streaming channels for watching movies. Our only complaint (which is not the fault of the owners) is that one family member had difficulty getting through the gate (even though I'd provided his name ahead of time). All other visitors had no issues. Overall- this VRBO provided a wonderful setting for a great family gathering!

This house worked well for our family. The open kitchen and family room were great. The kitchen was well-equipped which was nice since we ate in for all our meals. Thanks! FYI The lightbulb in the hall needs to be replaced.

Grandparents, children and grandchildren (12 altogether) fully enjoyed the house and each other. The bedroom and bathroom setup worked perfectly for us. The open kitchen and living room allowed us to cook, eat, and play together. The kitchen was FULLY stocked, including extras in the cabinets and refrigerator. The firepit was a big hit, as was the hot tub and gas grill. The deck furniture was damp, so we just used the firepit to gather around. The backyard was a a little overgrown, and with the leaves (it is autumn afterall) it was a little bit of a hazard, but the children totally enjoyed it anyway. We visited Bushkill Falls and Dingman's Falls and enjoyed both.
