Clean and modern

Overall it was a fine stay. The weather was bad so couldn’t swim. The downside is I was extremely frustrated. I emailed the guest contact twice to see if early check in was possible, she never acknowledged an email. When the guest book was not there and could not connect to WiFi, I called the Guest Contact and her voicemail box was full. I then texted her and it took about 30 mins for her to tell me she wasn’t home, that she didn’t know the password if the book wasn’t there. She DID contact the owner and said the owner’s wife would be coming over to hook me up to the WiFi. An hour later I texted the Guest Contact asking if she knew when the owner’s wife would be expected, to which I never got an answer and the lady never came. The signal for phone or data was terrible in the house and had to stand in a specific spot on the porch to get anything. Luckily we only had a 2 night stay and the weather was crappy so we ended up staying in that whole day but I felt trapped thinking that I couldn’t leave in case she showed up. Very poor customer service.
