Great stay, near everything. Chris met us and was super friendly, answered questions and gave us lots of info. Great apartment, clean, modern and comfortable

This was the perfect stay for my family of 7 after a 2 week cruise. Place was comfortable, clean, great location for walkable attractions/dining etc. What made the stay perfect was the property manager named Safet who oversaw everything, even transferring our luggage from storage while we lunched at a place he suggested and made sure we were comfortable, safe, and in an air conditioned spot while we waited for checkin. The also granted an early checkin even though the place was rented prior night. He also came at 5:20am to help load luggage for our early flight. Very much recommended !

The property is absolutely pretty and central to everywhere in Athens. HOWEVER, reason for low rating is due to the frustration and inconvenience caused by the check-out process.
We were told to leave our luggages at the property for them to transfer it to their storage place as they told us that late check-out at 12.30pm was not doable which is understandable. We had to change our airport transfer to pick us up from a different address instead. We left the property at 9.40am and texted the guest relation person ASTERIS that we will pick it up from the storage at 12.30pm. At 12.40pm when we went to the storage place to pick up our luggages, there is no office and we had to call ASTERIS. That’s when I was told that our luggages were still at the property. When I asked why was I not informed earlier so that we could have changed the airport transfer pick up, he simply brush it off by saying that it was a busy day for them and luggage storage was a free service. If you had bothered, it will be a simple WhatsApp or Call. We had an unpleasant argument over the phone while standing around waiting for our airport transfer to be sorted as the storage place and property was 20mins drive away although walking takes around 7mins. But imagine us having to walk to the property and drag the luggages back to the storage just to board the airport transfer, not to mention that we are already running late for the pickup. This is an absolutely unpleasant experience made worse by ASTERIS. If you

Great experience and location, so close to many Athens highlights. The property was clean and very spacious, great for a family to stretch out in. The front bedrooms facing the road were a bit noisy, but the back bedrooms were quiet. Highly recommend this property!

It was a short one-night stay. The place is centrally located. There was a nice Indian restaurant right there by the condo which we really loved!

A great package for a family or group travel. Whether you want to dine or drink out, or you want to cook in, this is perfect for either. The apartment itself was very clean and the space was generous. It was also wonderfully located and we walked to Parthenon, Acropolis museum and through Plaka neighbourhood

Excellent location with very clean and comfortable apartment. Just one thing was not working well was that one of the bathroom wouldn’t flush well. But I definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Athens.

This was our last stop in Greece and was the best place we stayed. It was spacious and comfortable -- plenty of places to lounge and hang out after a long day of exploring around the city. The staff was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We ran into some challenges with getting the documentation for our negative covid tests due to the language barriere. The staff called on our behalf and helped us figure out the next steps we needed to take. It was truly some of the best service I've received while staying abroad. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The property is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and family oriented . The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating and are there to help at all hours of the day for any added excursions or needs you may have. The location was great within a few minutes walking from the Acropolis and the Plaka. If coming with a group or family this is the place for you.

This spacious and stylish apartment was perfect for our traveling family. Located less than five minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Athens’ Plaka neighborhood, it puts you right where you want to be for a quick city break. Everything you could want to see, eat, or buy is just outside your front door.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. One could tell a lot of thought was put behind the design of the apartment. It was truly perfect for our family of 5. The location is walking distance to Plaka, Monastiraki, and Syntagma Square. Thanks to George for assisting us with arranging a driver from and to the airport. We will definitely be back.

Your staff welcomed us on arrival. However, during our departure, there was no one to help us with our lugguages. It would be appreciated if someone could hlep us too as usually you end up with more bags on departure with the shopping etc.The front rooms are abit noisy, maybe could double-glazed the windows.Would be great to have a rice cooker and some sauce pans.

Great location within walking distance of Acropolis. Beautiful and large 3 bedroom apartment. It was spotless and John was so very accommodating. He arranged for our transfers from airport and then to the ferry. George met us at the apartment and he explained everything including showing us the gorgeous rooftop view. I only wish we had the time to stay longer than one night. I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to others traveling to Athens. Can’t wait to return!

Setting aside the sublime interior, which has already received a slate of positive remarks, I want to focus on the fantastic service we received from the hosts. Bill and John recently hired a new individual named George to see after the guests. He prearranged travel from the Athens airport for my family and ensured that the car was substantial enough for our needs. Afterward, he arrived on time at the property and led us to the roof where we took pictures with the Acropolis in the distance. Before departing, he provided his number and a map of the city, which he outlined with great detail so we could go on auto-pilot while walking around the narrow streets.
There is no doubt in my mind that the Acropolis Exclusive Residence is one of the best places to stay in Athens, and perhaps in Greece overall.

The Superior Apartment is very large giving families a lot of space to spread-out. We confirmed check-in time the day before, but we did have to wait about 15 minutes for Alex to arrive. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff were just leaving, so they called him for us. I was a bit apprehensive if he was going to show; once he did, it was smooth sailing.
Being there for just two nights, we did not use much of the facilities. There are 2.5 bathrooms (1 has a huge shower, the other has a corner shower with hand-held shower head you can mount). The facilities were extremely clean and there were plenty of high-end towels. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water... there must be some switch you have to turn on, but we were not made aware of it.
The bedrooms are large and quiet (even though they overlook a very busy street). The beds are very comfortable and are fitted with nice linens. There is a safe in each room along with good closet space. All bedrooms had a TV.
The living room is a great size, comfortable sofas, and access to large TV with Netflix. Check-out was simple (we tidied up, put the keys on the dining room table, and shut the door). Getting to/from the 2nd floor apartment and the street was OK with elevator (the stairs were extremely dark though- no motion sensor to activate lights) so it was a bit dangerous taking the steps.
The location is within a stone's throw of the Acropolis (we liked Syntagma Square area). Book it - you will love the place.

This is a super beautiful place at the heart of Athens. The unit itself is sooo nice, kids would rather stay inside & watch netfilx than explore the neighborhood. The rooftop gives you picture perfect view of Parthenon & Temple of Zeus. Plush beddings, bathroom essentials and washer/dryer are included. A great plus is that it is just walking distance to everywhere - Plaka, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Acropolis, Agora. The owners were also helpful & they respond to our questions fast. Definitely a good find...
