Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely furnished but the furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning, plus the rugs all seem to be curling up causing trip hazards. There were 6 of us and half thought the mattresses were too hard, but the other 3 were ok, so guess it depends on your sleeping preference. The complex is very strict & the security guard seemed to be a little aggressive with some guests, plus they closed the pool a few times due to weather, when the skies were blue, but great quiet location with beautiful white sand & the bluest waters. The condo offers complimentary beach chairs, but the rental guy was kind of a jerk, but a nice perk of renting the condo. The condo in walking distance to a couple of places to eat/drink, highly recommend Patches which is right outside the condo.

Tried to contact property management.. they did nothing about the issue.. condo floors were not fully clean when we finally got in..patio door was difficult to open. Then just stopped all together. No response from property management. Overall decently satisfied due to location and convenience.

Location of property was great. I felt cleaning of condo was not at the level it should have been. Mold in shower and nothing was moved to sweep under. After cleaning we enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying on the ground floor! There is still a great view of the Gulf from the ground floor. The pool is within a few steps. A great time was had by all. We will rent this unit again if it is available when we are.

Everything was great but I would highly recommend purchasing new rugs for the entire condo especially the living room. It’s very dirty. Also the floors were very dirty I would suggest that the cleaners mop the floors every time before next guest comes in. I don’t think the floors were mopped we had little children who ran around with no shoes and the bottom of their feet were filthy after walking on the floors. Other than that our stay was great.

The room was awesome! Loved being on the ground floor, view was still amazing… but just made more convenient! Location was perfect near a lot of great restaurants, and grocery stores. Will be back again!
