The place is so clean and comfortable.

We like staying here when in Idaho Falls. The rooms are always clean and the staff very nice. Our only complaint is that no matter what time we check in we are never able to get a room away from the freeway noise.

Ive stayed at my place many times as i enjoy the full size refrigerators and elevators. Its a good place and one pays for the accommodations. My considerations are door returns need adjustment so they won't slam shut for those early depatures waking me up too early.
I also feel the walls and ceilings could use more insulation to cancel neighbor noises at odd hours.

We were only coming for 1 night celebrating our 31st anniversary but it was so comfortable and clean the staff was amazing we ended up much longer. We highly recommend my place to everyone. See you next year and thank you.

Check in took a long time. I think that was due to understaffing. The hotel was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.Definitely no frills, but that's what I wanted.

From the moment we walked in the staff was so amazing, personable, friendly. It was that way our whole trip. Everyone we ran into was so nice. The place was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely go there again.

A nice kitchenette but no pots, pans, plates, sliverware, etc. I asked at the desk if they had 2 plates they could give me, but she said they were out of them. Since there was no breakfast included in the room reservation, it would have been nice to use the kitchenette to have a comfortable, fast breakfast in the room instead of having to go out to a restaurant.

We booked a room with stove and toaster for cooking. There were no utensils, crockery or pots and pans. Complained to the manager and was told I could only purchase these things. They do not provide and would do nothing to compensate. It spoilt our stay in Idaho Falls.
Will not book My Place again.

The facility was well built, which means well insulated for sound and temperature. The air handler was quiet, unlike most budget hotels. Streets in the neighborhood were being widened, so the area was messy. That might be why the price was reduced. When the construction is done, guests will be able to walk along the river into town.

Very modern. Large bedroom with kitchenette. 2 burner stove, microwave, full size fridge with ice machine. VERY clean. I feel like this may have been a fairly newly built hotel. Lots of pillows which I love. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very good experience for our family. I was hesitant since the cost is very affordable but hotel is very fresh and new. Room was perfect for our family. Quiet and clean.

We stayed at the property in March/April and everything was great. The property was only open 4 months at that time. This visit was in August and it is clear the property is not keeping up with housekeeping. Our room had an odor of a dog. The carpet in the hallway was recently stained with a spill that was never cleaned up. The shower had barely warm water. We requested extra pillows and were told there weren't any available. Then we asked Heather the next day and she had to go on a scavenger hunt to find 2. The staff & location are great. It is disappointing because we frequent the area to visit our son and would stay if the premise was kept up. It is a brand new facility but if not maintained is quickly becoming the quality of a low class "motel".

Nice room comfy bed. I have limited mobility the bathroom had tub with grab bars but had a stool for sitting that was in the back of the shower that was removable but it worked really well was pet friendly which is one of my requirements
