Facilities were as advertised and in good condition. Plenty of outlets in every part of the house with good condition electrical items such as: iron, microwave, oven, Wifi, smart TV, washing machine, etc. The location is great as it is facing towards the small park in the area with McDonald, Petrol Station and Coles supermarket nearby. In addition to that, the Caversham Wildlife park is only a 5 min drive.

The location suited us, not that far from the city and easy access to Midland, Morley and Ellenbrook.The house was excellent and everything other than food was supplied and the cold water bottles and ice blocks was very much appreciated

Due to the very hot days the A/C struggled to keep up in the afternoon with the Sun on the Windows of the West side of the house. In saying that at all other times A/C was very good
