My sister and I meet at the beach almost every year for the last 20yrs! Our husbands started joining us within the last few years so we have been trying to fine places to stay tat they would like too! This resort is so great for couples or families! We will consider BVR again!

We had a fantastic time staying at the BVR property. The setup and design of the complex is well thought out and maintained. Our cottage was very clean, well stocked for a family, and provided everything we hoped for when booking. Communication was prompt, the other guests were friendly, and the beach access is as easy as it gets. We would recommend a rug by the back patio entrance just as you enter from the porch. It's a great place to enjoy the morning view of the park.

My group and I loved staying here for the weekend. Very clean and very private. Beautiful view in the back. And there is a bridge that connects us to the State Park. We will definitely be back

The townhome was big enough for all 5 of us. It was new, modern and clean. It was also extremely convenient to everything. We also loved having an alligator in our backyard (on the other side of the fence of course). Would stay again!

We loved our stay at Misty waters. From the moment we saw the list to booking and arrival, it was done with such ease. The communication was on point. The cleanliness was spectacular. The view from the back patio was breathtaking. We even had a fe gator friends. We will definitely be returning.

Easy access to the bike trails at Gulf State Park!Pool was great! Walk to the beach was easy.We would definitely stay here again when visiting the park. So glad we brought our bikes.
