We had a great time and the house was very nice, clean, and well located.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with friends. We did find that there were rules not listed in the property description that you only find out through the rental agreement they make you sign. For example, they have a policy in the agreement of what the air conditioning can be set at. The property is extremely close to the beach, which was almost empty when we went on a Sunday morning. The property does line a roadway so you will hear louder cars and motorcycles at night. The only safety concern we had was we were making our way out to the pool and found that a maintenance person was there doing work. We had three little kids with us so we would have had issues if they were out there and the worker had just walked back there. He came two times within a couple of hours. It would have been appreciated to get a heads up that this was going to happen during our stay and when so we could have been prepared for it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location couldn’t have been any better. Easy walk to the beach for all ages from 6 to 78! We were thoroughly impressed with the property and hope to be back!
