If you're interested in a quiet little place overlooking the Mystic River, just minutes from all that Mystic has to offer, this one bedroom is for you. It is situated just behind the owner's house and adjacent to another rental unit.This unit has it's own private entrance and a lovely outdoor space. Even though I was so close to the other properties, I never felt crowded for space. The kitchen is recently renovated and has everything you'd need to enjoy a meal. The owner has left enough thoughtful touches to get you off to a good start. There was ample teas/Keurig pods and condiments for your morning start. Also, a thoughtful snack basket had tasty bites/fruit and beverage. The bedroom is large and the king size memory foam bed was quite comfortable. The bath is also updated and has a washer/dryer with all laundry products available for your use. There is even toiletry items, in case you forgot something. It would be easy to walk into town, and just leave your car. I look forward to coming back soon when visiting family.

From start to finish, our experience at the Barn was delightful. The communication was impeccable, the host was responsive and the apartment was exactly what I had hoped. Amanda had great suggestions and left a lovely basket of treats for my birthday snacking! I would love to come back when it is a bit less windy and cold so we could walk along the river into Mystic but the proximity couldn't be beat!

Great and comfortable space in Mystic!! The view of the river was incredible! couldn't be a better location! We had such a great time and our host was super responsive and helpful!! 10/10 recommend!

what an amazing place. The view of the living sea museum from kitchen was Awsome having coffee and breakfast. The shower is to die for, unlimited hot water in a spacious custom shower with a rain shower head. King size bed is such a plus, and the pillows were perfect. Its also located within 1 1/2 mile from old mystic which has lots of shops and shopping The main part of town is also located 1 1/2 mile on the otherside of the river. there you will find the Mystic Sea Museum (again,,amazing) and so many restaurants its hard to choose, We were welcomed by Amanda and she made our stay five star....WE WILL BE BACK PS this gem is perfectly located between new and old Mystic which are locate within 1 1/2 mile All in All this is one of the best stays i've had in 20 years of renting
