Very clean modern hotel in downtown. Everything was very high quality including the room itself, service, and breakfast! It’s in a great location for accessing the theatre station metro and close to the ports.

The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. I was very impressed. I was not expecting such a nice hotel for the price. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is not too far from the port and near a metro with a 20

This is a really lovely, modern boutique hotel in downtown Piraeus. It offers direct access to the Athen airport and downtown athens via Metro train or bus. Its close to the Port for cruise guests (take a taxi-which the hotel will arrange.)
The vibe is serene and modern, with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was include qith my booking, but the breakfast prices were reasonable and the food excellent.
Rooms are small by US standards, but the quality of lighting, power outlets, operable balcony and finishes is far above the US norm. Rooms with multiple beds are available for friends or family traveling together.
For access to Athens, its a quick walk past three pastry shops to the lovely Dimotiko theater square and metro station. The train then takes about 20 minutes to Syntagma. If heading to the Acropolis, its a quick and easy train change and one more stop.

This is a very clean, modern and minimalist style hotel. Rooms are quite small and falsely advertise king bed with sofa in room. The bed was a double bed only and in no way should be advertising it otherwise! The sofa is
not a sofa but simply a piece of furniture that should be called a futon. Great shower. Good for one or two nights before a cruise. Lovely staff, helpful, friendly.

Amazing hotel!!
Brand new hotel in Piraeus with extra clean and modern rooms. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Piraeus area.

Amazing service. We were only booked for one night as a stop over but flight severely delayed. The team at Twinn were so understanding and helpful giving us extra time and help. Sincerely hope to return to Athens at some stage and if we do, the Twinn will be our only choice of hotel. Thank you for making a stressful day so easy for us. True hospitality excellence.

Highly recommend if you need a great place to stay in Athens. The team and rooms are incredible and can’t speak highly enough, check in was amazing, modern rooms and clean rooms, friendly staff always looking to help and amazing food. Within walking distance to the port and direct line to airport. Immediate area has a lot of food options which the team were only to happy to recommend.

This room was so tiny and with the different floor levels it’s a little dangerous. The shower grate was broken and the room could have been cleaner. The staff were lovely.

Very clean hotel, super nice staff. Has an elevator. Excellent breakfast, very nice breakfast room. Three blocks from subway, and close to the port. Highly recommend.

The property was very convenient to the Metro, shopping and dinning. It was very clean and the staff was great. The roof top area will be awesome once it is fully operational. As it was we enjoyed an evening cocktail there one night and the views were great.

There was absolutely no AC, we waited for three hours with a sunburn and heat intolerance due to medications and finally ended up leaving as it was in the 90s outside and we were on the 5th floor. Front desk said they “can’t promise we will get a refund but would email me in 24 hours.” They never did. They won’t pick up their phone and my travel agent can’t get them to answer either. will despite this with my bank. From further ready, this is normal not to have AC at this hotel. I’m talking not even flowing air.

Nice little gem in the center of a busy avenue. Great location. Surprisingly quiet. Very modern yet basic with all the essentials. Sadly we missed breakfast as needed to fly out early. The front desk was kind enough to let us check in at 830 am! Who does that? We were hot, sweaty and it was 40C (100F) that day in Greece with nowhere else to hide from the heat. It was a top notch customer service gesture.

The hotel room was nice, small and clean but the area is very loud. A lot of street and traffic noise even on the 5th floor. We could walk from the port - 15 minutes

Staff lovely. However, terrible smell of sewage from the shower room, uneven flooring in room and lots of light switches which don’t work/cause confusion. Only stayed here for about ten hours so didn’t feel a need to complain about the shower room

The property was very clean, although it did not look as it was advertised on Expedia. If the true photos were used, I wouldnt have booked.
Prior to arrival I messaged to ask about shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. They shared that the don't do transfers from the airport, but do them to the port. That was a lie. I had to pay the cab and she charged my card 3 times.
The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, and they saved the stay for me. Otherwise, I wouldve left and stayed with friends.

First, the shower couldn't be used because the dirty water of the previous customer had not been evacuated. Second, the fridge was not working properly: impossible to get drinks that were not lukewarm. Third the AC was totally insufficient: we had to sleep on top of our beds because the room was much too hot. Fourth, there was no place to put the luggage. I can't understand how you can recommend this pigsty. I am extremely disappointed with you.

The staff, hotel, and location were amazing for us.
The only thing we didn’t like was the wood headboard. Sounds silly until you hit your head or arm on it. Perhaps providing more pillows would resolve the issue.

The staff were excellent! Our reason for a poor review is the room itself.
It has many ups & downs…literally! We had to turn on all lights at night to keep from tripping. Anyone with limited mobility would not have been able to stay here.

Very nice, clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I recommend it for anyone who is taking a ferry,, it's right next to the port.

The shower drain are crazy small plus the water wasn’t going down at all, we called and talked to front desk, said it was going to get checked out but never happened. So every time we showered needed to be a quick shower or wait a while between showers because it was like a pool.

The hotel is not a 4 stars, hardly a 3 stars. Room too small, too noisy (like to be in the middle of the road, no acustic isolation and you are on a main road), impossible to obscure the room, too cold without possibility of heat up the room. The height of the room is too low. Breakfast not acceptable

The most relevant part for me was the staff being service-oriented and kind. At the time of my arrival, I had been in airports and on airplanes for about 30 hours and I had to deal with my brand new suitcase being broken by the airline (ITA). So I arrived late for my check-in and couldn't communicate prior (My US phone doesn't work there).
Stella, the young lady who received me at almost 11 pm was super professional and kind. She was knowledgeable of the area, spoke excellent English, and gave me hope.
The ladies in the AM shift were at the same level, called an excellent cab to drop me at the cruise terminal.
