The hotel is an excellent location for gate E8 at Piraeus port. The room was large and bright. Breakfast was a buffet and the coffee was excellent.

The bathroom was fine although the shower had no door and tended to flood the bathroom a little.

We chose this hotel as it was perfectly located for our Ferry that was taking us to Paros, so the 2 nights we had here did require us to travel into Athens using the underground which is poorly signposted and confusing. Location is excellent for the port, and the tube / underground is less than 5 minutes to walk. There are shops in the area, and small supermarket that we frequented to buy our snacks and drinks as the minibar pricing was simply on planet Mars. I honestly think if prices were more reasonable, guests would purchase more, I see no need for greed especially when the local supermarket was priced very well. Check in was seamless, and the staff were attentive. We stayed in a Superior Suite with Terrace and City View. the room was a nice size with plenty of room, and a minibar, shower and toilet. The bed was a great size and very comfy, and we had no issues with WIFI even though we were on the top floor. Kettle and a Coffee machine were a nice addition, the later was not working but promptly changed, so big tick for service here as it was late in the evening. The shower and toilet are combined, not sure I felt comfortable having my legs on show to the entire room whilst sat in the toilet. There were snacks and water on the ground floor near the elevators, and the outside seating area does compliment the hotel.

Call me picky, but the reception area just seemed cramped and claustrophobic, meh maybe thats just me. The lifts, OMG so slow!!! IMPORTANT: We were only given one electronic room key, so when we left the room for the day, we had to switch on the electronic do not disturb sign which illuminates outs the room. However, this only works if the room key is placed in situ, and as we had to remove this due to us only being given 1 room key, upon our return the cleaner had been in the room and we had money, credit cards and passports in an open bag. NOTHING was taken, and while some may say we should have used the safe, the purpose of do not disturb signs means nobody should enter the room at all. So I strongly encourage everyone to opt for 2 room keys. Location, while the hotel is ideally located, the area itself is run down and generally dirty. The hotel seems out place as it is very nice, but considering the area and how run down it is, I am not sure if the price we paid was justified, im still debating this.

Lovely property in a great location. Staff were really helpful and the restaurant was great. We had a lovely meal before catching our ferry the following day.

Mooie en modern, goede ligging.

Het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt was koud. De dames in de ontbijtruimte hadden meer oog voor elkaar en hun smart phone dan voor het aanvullen van het buffet. Het personeel aan de receptie was héél vriendelijk maar konden geen nuttige info geven over openbaar vervoer of veerboten.
