This cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and very thoughtfully appointed. I loved staying there. The location is amazing--just a few steps from Pearl street, Boulder's walkable downtown area. I'd love to stay there again!

Nestled in Boulder’s best neighborhood (best part of pearl street shopping and hiking outside your door and even better, a quiet neighborhood) the tree house amenities (robes, sugar for my coffee - thank you!), a killer tub, wild animals hanging about (hawk feeding in the pine tree outside the kitchen window), and all the conveniences of home will make you feel like you’re home.

My daughter and I had a lovely time in the Treehouse- well appointed and the perfect size- we enjoyed nearby hiking, walking through the neighborhood and easy access to downtown.

This one-bedroom garage apartment was perfect for my husband and my week-long summer visit. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee, and shops and also to Boulder Creek and short drive to numerous trails, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood of gorgeous old homes is lovely to walk in and right next to the Flatirons. The private outdoor area was lovely for eating and morning coffee. Thoughtful quality touches like Viking oven, Miele washer/dryer (so quiet), clawfoot tub, and a well-stocked kitchen make it homey. We can't wait to come back!

I am reluctant to tell you how great this place is because you might want to book it at the same time that I want to come again. Seriously great setup for two close to Pearl and Boulder Creek Trail. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This was everything we expected and more - super quick walk to lots of great restaurants and retail on Pearl St., great hikes within easy walking distance, and a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean & well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay there.

This property is very clean & well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals - just add food! The Property Manager (Liz) was very helpful.
Many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The historical homes in the neighborhood are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again :-)

The Treehouse was exactly as expected/ described and just what we needed. Perfectly located for easy walkable access to town.
Well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Our hosts were lovely and the space was just right.

Left voice mail msg for property manager regarding parking but never got a return call. Made a guess as to were to park. Worked out fine.

Great location near Pearl Street. Nice place suitable for 2 people, and even that is snug. You need your own streaming accounts if you want to watch any TV— college football season so we did j deed want to see some games.
Minor criticism: leaves covered the walkway and we got an early season snow storm. No shovels so the steps are a little perilous.
Overall, a great stay.

We really enjoyed our time here - the location is spectacular. An easy walk to Pearl Street and all its shopping and restaurant options, but not so close that it's noisy. Also walkable to the trailhead for Mount Sanitas, and the patio has a nice view of the Flatirons.
Paul was great - quick to respond to emails or texts and super helpful when needed, but otherwise left us alone.
One thing to be aware of is that the parking spot for this rental is accessible by an alley that was a bit rugged (granted, we arrived right after a big hailstorm, so it may have been more rough than usual) - it seemed like it might be challenging in a compact car.

The check in process was clear and easy. It's a small apartment - so comfortable! It had everything I needed for my long weekend stay.
The place was immaculate when I arrived. Location couldn't be better with access to hiking trails and Pearl St. within blocks. Will definitely look for this spot whenever I return to Boulder.

The property manager was more than accommodating and the place and location (neighborhood) was just phenomenal. Pearl Street is a few minutes away by foot and a gorgeous walk through the historic neighborhood. One of my favorite VRBO stays by far. Beautiful foliage in the yard and the kitchen and living area ( tv space) were so comfortable. The bathroom was really enjoyable and spacious with a separate tub and shower.. Lots of daylight in the unit and the bed was great. The stay was peaceful and we loved every bit of this place.

If you're looking for a place to stay that's less than a mile from the trailheads west of town and the Pearl street shopping district, you really can't get much better than this property. There's a parking pad on the side of the house for your car, but given the accessibility to everything downtown, you will probably leave it parked unless you're venturing many miles into the mountains. The property is beautiful and versatile, with a full kitchen, both shower and bath, and outdoor seating around a rectangular firepit. Ideal for a couple's retreat.

Location is a back apartment in front of a historical home. Very quiet, peaceful area near many of the popular sites of Boulder. Museum of Boulder is a few blocks down the same street. Pearl Street Mall also within walking distance. I am a property owner myself and was very impressed with the amenities and attention to detail. The owner came by and let us know he would take care of anything.
Side yard is really lovely with beautiful trees and a running stream behind.
