Family friendly place with plenty of room to spread out at the end of a busy day with family and friends. Very quiet area close to all that Dillon has to offer.

We stayed here during my husband’s celebration of life at the Lake Dillon. Several family members flew in, and this house was a perfect place for us to be together and enjoy each other’s company in the midst of grief. The spacious home allowed us to get together or find privacy and just “be” when we needed it. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and having two dishwashers, a very large amount of dishware and a separate ice machine made eating-in easy. Communication with Stephanie was easy. A lovely property!

We had a great time relaxing in this spacious house.

The property is as advertised. The kitchen, master bedroom and one additional bedroom as well as the common areas are upstairs. The deck (also upstairs) is amazing, we enjoyed morning coffee as well as afternoon happy hour in this space. The location is central to many areas and fishing at Dillon lake was a plus. Stephanie is great with communication and receptive to questions. Overall, this was an amazing place for a group of 70+ year olds to stay and reconnect.

We rented this house as a get-together for friends. 9 of us stayed there, and it was the perfect space and location. All of the amenities made our stay easy. View from the deck was amazing.

All of us loved the house even the teenagers. The long table was a hit. The refrigerator was too small for 3 families but the 2 dishwashers was a plus. In the master bedroom my husband found a dirty pair of socks on his side of the bed. Couldn’t park in the garage cause there were small glass shards near the trash cans. Overall we had a nice stay and the view from the deck was absolutely wonderful.

Perfect location for skiing different mountain each day. 10 adults, Plenty of room, Second time our family and friends have stayed. Everyone loved it. On checkout day we had a little glitch, and the owner went out of her way to help us.

Overall, the property was pretty good and the property manager was very responsive in answering questions. Lots of room for everyone from both a bedroom/bathroom perspective as well kitchen and lounging areas.

Second time staying here.. hopefully not the last..What a fun week. The toilet downstars next to the laundry room is running.. might save on the water bill if you fix it. Great place..

Three families--6 adults and 5 children ages 6 and under--stayed for a long weekend to introduce the kids to skiing. It was a great time. The house was large and well-stocked. The owner was responsive and helpful. We did have a bit of trouble with the house. Safe entry to the hot tub was not available as it was frozen over. The hot tub cleaners also came at 7:30am on our check out date, rendering the hot tub unusable for the last few hours of our stay. The littles were very sad to not get one last dip in before we went on our way! The owner also asks you to print, sign and return an extra rental agreement in addition to the legal documents through VRBO. There were SEVERAL references to charging extra for things, being ousted from the home without being given money back, etc. I'm sure the rental agreement was for irresponsible renters; however, it made us so nervous that we texted them about several minor broken or unusable bits in the home immediately in order to avoid being charged for them as we left. It also asks you to wash all dishes and return them to the correct spot or be charged for your mistakes, yet there was no guide as to where to place items after use. The dishwasher takes a couple of hours to complete a cycle and checkout is at 10am, so this detail caused a bunch of stressed parents to hand wash a whole load of dishes while trying to feed kids, pack up, and get the house otherwise ready for check out. Location great, great setup. Overall great, thank you!

It was very clean and comfortable

A great place for an extended family or group of friends. Centrally located close to everything in the Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne area. Great views from the deck. There are two family room areas if you need a little space from each other as well. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with family and three kids. Location was very convenient to town and Keystone resort. Also tubing in Rainbow Park close by.

Host was very nice and accommodating! The house was located in the perfect location and has everything you need including every glass you need for any occasion! We will be back!

Had a great time staying at this property for the weekend. It was very big and all 12 of us fit perfectly. The location is perfect for anyone looking to get to any mountain to go skiing. My friends and I had a great time!

We were left one fully day without hot water Dryer machine was broken when we get there and the homeowner made us to pay almost $300.00 to pay something that was broken before. We forget only one bag of trash on the last day outside the house and the homeowner charged us $150.00 just to put the bag inside the trash can. .she took advantage of the situation and we paid a total of $570.00 and this was ridiculous.I don’t recommend nobody to rent their property

The layout of this property and its location worked great for our large group, but unfortunately, there are a lot of maintenance issues that should have been handled before arrival. The large garage door did not open so we could not lock up any ski equipment (which we were told about the day before arrival), we had warm, but not hot water, because one of the tanks was not working (which the owner knew about but didn’t tell us), one of the dishwashers did not work, there was a broken toilet seats and several burnt out lightbulbs, the ice-maker didn’t work, etc. It’s understandable when something goes wrong or breaks, but with this many things are broken, it’s apparent the owner is not staying on top of maintenance, which should be expected for a property in this price range.

Her property was nice, beautiful views and was close to shopping, several resorts, restaurants and more.

Our group of middle-aged guys loved the property. Easy access to nearby mountains, quiet, and close to town. The home had all you could want—plenty of space and things to do (hot tub, pool table, grill, etc.). Everything we wanted for a great trip.

This was a fantastic rental for our family vacation. Everyone from the adults, teenagers and little ones enjoyed everything from the fantastic views from the deck to the hot tub to the large dining room table for family meals and games! Stephanie is a great host and was always available for questions. Thank you again!

Everything was wonderful except for ice maker and Barbecue pit

Plenty of room for the 7 of us. I prepared breakfast and lunch each day and dinner one evening and the kitchen was great. The location was good as we were close to the lake and shopping. The owner made every effort to make our stay a good one. There was sidewalk and street repair going on at the time we were there. There were also Internet issues affecting the TVs that the owner helped to quickly resolve.

We very much enjoyed the home. We took advantage of the activities nearby….loved the location! Wished we could have viewed the fireworks from the house but otherwise fantastic spot.
