We have rented 3 times at this building and every time was a great experience. The pool is right there, beach is 3 blocks away and restaurant all over the place.

Reel Beachy was perfect for my party of 4 adults and 4 children. It is close to the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Everything we needed was provided. We used the grill one night (in the commons area) and even had grilling supplies provided. No complaints from us!

We enjoyed everything about this place. It was peaceful inside but people were allowed to have fun outside (pool, activities, etc). Definitely recommend and hope to be back

The unit itself was clean
The complex could use someone cleaning up the trash that was laying around.
The large trash dumpsters need the trash picked up more often & the dumpster site itself cleaned up.
Lazy people were placing their trash in overflowing dumpsters.

The townhome was spacious and the amenities were great. The only negative was the abundance of gnats all over the kitchen and dining room.

We originally booked another condo but they had problems and Lisa was able to at the last minute get us another location. It was close to the bay and we had a view from the terrace. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend
