Water hose in the front and back to wash down gear. I appreciated the wood bedroom doors which help keep noise to a minimum. Zero complaints, all positive things that led to a memorable vacation. Property location was great. Nice and clean. Fridge didn’t work properly when we arrived but started to about half way through our stay. Lots of bugs which kept us on the lookout as we had a 8 month old with us but hey…it’s the coast. Overall a good place to stay

It was so nice to have this property right on the water with access to our own boat slip. We had a house full with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Some more of our family stayed a few doors down, and the cousins enjoyed being able to access each other’s decks and fish together at night. The clubhouse & pool were also big hits. Our girls won the Kokomo Yacht Club Karaoke Contest!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house offers all the amenities one might desire as well as so much more. The view from the deck is stunning and the available dock for your boat directly in front of the home is an extra bonus. The pools, pickle ball court/basketball court, and club house activities offer so much for a family to do. The proximity of the house to the beach and Port Aransas is also great. We will be back very soon!

took a fishing trip with friends, easy access to our boat but you can fish off the pier. enjoyed the pool, very nice property with friendly staff
