The hotel is beautiful! It smells very clean and aromatic! The rooms were very spacious and spotless!! The tv screen was personalized with my name and welcomed me in when we walked in. There are two different pillow comforts and blankets are soft and comforting!! We loved all the hooks on the walls and cubbies! Everything was sturdy! The floors are clean and not cold to step on. The restroom has bottles of soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner!! It was also very spacious!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and all companies I needed to visit the next day were close by.
If I have a complaint it would be that the pet fee is too costly.

Everything was great, service, room, beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean. The only thing that can use improvement is the breakfast, it is not your traditional hotel hot breakfast. It’s microwave Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

Great neighborhood, very vibrant colors, decor is modern and feels good. I think the area is great, outside of downtown Austin by about 20-25 minutes. The hotel was very clean, the customer service was great and the lobby was beautiful. I think the breakfast is 3 out of 5 but its nearby a Whataburger and and other fast food restaurants. This feels safe enough to send for a ride share and has a serene atmosphere for a great price.

This is now my third time staying at an avid Hotel. Twice in this location. The price is always very reasonable. The front desk service is kind and friendly. The lobby is clean, modern, comfortable and has plenty of seating areas. Like-wise for the rooms. When able, they are great with requesting late checkouts. And the best thing they have is a wide variety of breakfast options - not your typical and standard breakfast with powdered eggs and high sugar cheap pastries. It's simple but can be healthier. avid Hotels are my new go to.

I like the newness, design, and quiet of the place.
The casting did not work and that was a big part of our staycation. So I asked for our money back so we could switch. There was a sign the said, "manager on duty" but there was no manager on site. Couldn't get my money back. 😕

Worse experience of my life. Worst management and will never book with any avid hotels. Very unprofessional about the stay and no alternative options if someone comes up. Book with someone else , it’s a lot of positive comments but it’s better options in austin

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s always been a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and very nice. The only issue I had was connecting to the TV. I was unable to watch things like Hulu or Netflix due to the network Through the TV. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was probably one of the best hotels we have visited! My husband and I had to leave Houston for a few days during the power outage, it was definitely a stressful time. The room was clean, and the staff was so friendly it made us feel less stressed about the power outage. We will definitely be back!

Found this place at the last minute and I was happy that I did. Place is kept clean, staff was more than accommodating to my requests, location was perfect as it was super close to everything I needed. Would stay here again, no problem.
