One of the better motel that ive ever stay inn you thought you were an a lister . The rooms were way better then i could of have imagine staff supper friendly and kind

We spent one night and the service personnel were fantastic. Our bed was not so comfortable, too hard. Although the room was not very comfortable, we were only staying one night so it wasn’t that concerning (except the bed)

No breakfast

The room and the property were nice but the A/C in our room took several hours to cool it off which was tough to deal with since it was around 100 degrees during the day.

Nice and quiet easy check in

The property was clean and nice , staff was very nice, the rooms were very hot, it would have been nice if they were cooled down a bit before we checked in . The breakfast was nothing but empty carbs, it would have been nice to have a protein provided and maybe some nice coffee cream. Overall the stay wasnt bad . Would have gotten 5 stars if breakfast was better and there wasnt a 100 dollar deposit on top of the fee to stay.

Great comfortable room. We booked through a third party app and they forced an unwarranted deposit even tho the booking is insured. Either don't book through an app, or set aside extra funds for their deposit because they have major trust issues. Front desk night time receptionist was very rude.

Room was excellent as well as the front desk employee. I didnt get her name but she was excellent. Hotel is being remodeled so the outside looks dated but the overall property was really nice. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was unavailable due to repairs. I would certainly stay again.

Got a room to see a show at Hard Rock Live in Wheatland. Worked perfectly for what I needed. Staff was polite, wall AC worked great. thanks again!

Management has no idea what they’re doing, housekeeping never cleaned our room or changed our linens, was repeatedly told by day shift yes they do clean the rooms, however we had to repeatedly get towels and toilet paper from the front desk… after taking the linens to the housekeeping office went 2 days with no sheets or blankets. At checkout was charge $200 for “stealing the bed spread” 😂are you kidding me?! They have green flowers on them and not even remotely something any normal person would want!! Didn’t ask me about them just assumed I stole them & refused to give me back my money. This place is a joke! Not standard motel practices or policies… Just bad management/owners.

My stay was good

Homeless people going through trash cans . Asked a friend to check me out and she was packing up my toiletries and small roaches came out from the sink. I checked out after the first night. Told all of this to the manager on duty. He said he couldn’t do anything because it was a 3rd party. I’ve just now gotten home an able to make this survey. Yeah, get rid of this on your site! Scary and filthy. And yes, the manager took my complaints and typed them in his computer!!

Overall the hotel was OK. The room was very clean which was the most important thing. Older hotel and never figured out why the tv had no audio.

Outside appearance needs upgrades. Bathroom not spotless. Staff were friendly. Would stay again but would consider other locations first.

It was a clean, nice room. Everything was just right. The ac unit was kind of loud. Needs fixing because it rattles and wakes you up every time it starts.

Lovely lady on the front desk was super helpful, allowed me to check in early and got me a really quiet room, great customer service.

The front desk staff was not there, waited 1.5 hours and they were still a no show. Wouldn’t answer phone either while gone. Had to leave and stay someplace else. Very unprofessional and left us hanging. Don’t stay here!

I like the fact that it has recently been remodeled.

This property is nothing like what the reviews in Expedia state. We stayed one night in room 104 and were frustrated to find that the tub wouldn’t drain, that we couldn’t shower until the maintenance crew came in at 9 AM. To add to that, the paint in the tub was chipped and the bathroom looked beat up (frankly, it was quite disgusting). The breakfast was nothing like they claim. When checking in, the front desk person told us that breakfast included bagels, muffins, and eggs, but all we found was a waffle maker, a few slices of bread, some small muffins, juice, and coffee. There was no fruit either. We first stopped by at 7am, and once again around 9am - and that’s all the food we saw. This is among the worst hotels / motels we’ve ever stayed at - maybe even the worst. The only saving grace were the people at the front desk. They were friendly enough, but everything else was terrible. This is a beat up property and I can’t understand how they have such great reviews on Expedia.

Our stay was a last-minute decision to avoid an hour-long drive home after a music event late at night. Red Roof Inn Yuba City was a budget friendly option that we chose because of a high customer rating. We found it to be worthy of the rating - clean, comfortable, quiet. The front office desk clerk was friendly and processed our check-in quickly.
