Great location and lots of space. Owners were great to work with.

We had a wonderful time staying at Emerald Refuge. The home is beautiful; very well maintained; Caleb and Morgan had anticipated how many guests and made sure the home was fully stocked. We had enough towels and toilet paper which was nice. (It's the small things that matter most). The home was very clean and spotless which we appreciated. Caleb and Morgan were also very responsive. We didn't have the golf cart for half a day for a pre-scheduled maintenance because it needed repairs so Caleb and Morgan refunded us some money for the inconvenience. That was very thoughtful indeed. The beach is easily accessible if all your guests are able to ride the bicycles or walk the not too short distance to the beach. Unfortunately the path is not golf cart accessible. In our case we had to always use the golf cart or a vehicle and had to drive around to get to the beach. So keep that in mind if you've got young children or older folks in your group. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Caleb and Morgan definitely get 5 Stars. I highly recommend Emerald Refuge if you are looking for a place.

Communication with owner was amazing! House was just as described and very comfortable for us. Having bikes and the six seater golf cart available was very nice. Very thankful for beach chairs, sand toys and all the hooks for wet towels in the garage. Beds were very comfortable. Large, walk in pantry was nice for all that vacation food and drink that is always laying out everywhere. The porches were my favorite place in the house! The neighborhood was very nice; this was our first time not staying directly on the beach, and it does require some additional planning with regards to set up, parking, number of people per trip, etc. But we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful house and surroundings. Bikes and golf cart made access to beach, groceries, restaurants, Seaside much easier. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a neighborhood and community with a great pool, which was good for our young kids, but also the adults. We went to the beach a lot, and so use of the golf cart to get there (get up early for a parking spot!) was vital. The outside shower on the garage was heated and amazing too for afterward. It’s about a 10ish minute golf cart ride to the main drag of Seaside, 5ish min ride to the grocery store, and 10ish min ride to nearest beach public access with golf cart parking. The owners made sure everything was amazing, and attended to any concern or question we had - day or night. Honestly, I’d give the property a higher rating if I could just because of how communicative the owners are. Some people only rate on the home, but I rate on the whole picture - property, managers, and owners. The owners took great care of us, and provided an amazing experience and property at a competitive price given the location and amenities. Thanks for the great experience!

We loved our stay! The home was amazing. The golf cart was a huge bonus! Absolute necessity for this area! The community pool was so great when we needed a day off from the beach. Highly recommend traveling to Grayton Beach for beach days and park take them tram. Such an limited parking for beach access. Sea Side was wonderful for the food trucks, atmosphere and outdoor movie at sunset. We had dinner at the Bay and everything was amazing! If you plan on making dinner reservations for big groups plan way ahead! Like weeks! We were new to this area but once we figured it all out we fell in love! Sugary white sands and beautiful clear turquoise water. The microwave was broken and the chain on one of the bikes kept falling off so we were down to 3 bikes. They could use a strainer for noodles. Other than expectations exceeded!

Nice Home, Great Location, community pool was excellent, provided golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas were great. Very close to Groceries and the Beach. House needs a larger set of pots and pans for cooking for a larger family/group. We would consider staying here again.

We had a fabulous time at the Emerald Refuge at NatureWalk! It was hard leaving to come back home to Michigan. Everything was perfect and your home was pristine! The golf cart was a big hit with our grandsons - they loved taking rides! The pools at the Gathering Place were absolutely beautiful and enjoyed by all of us. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you again for a lovely vacation at your home!

We loved our week in this beautiful home! Everything from communication with the owners, to the check-in process, to the cleanliness of the home, to the location met (or exceeded) our expectations. The neighborhood is centrally located and perfect location for our biking family! Although we didn't use the bikes provided, it's so nice to have that amenity when you aren't traveling with your own equipment. We also loved having the golf cart to haul all our things to the beach or drive to dinner after sunset. The front porch swing was the best place to relax after an active day! We can't wait to return to 30A and this amazing home!

Morgan and Caleb are fantastic hosts. We communicated extremely well. They are very responsive. The house is beautiful and it was absolutely perfect for our little group. Having the golf cart and bicycles just sealed the deal on there trip. We didn’t have to lug our bicycles down there or worry about renting a golf cart. This house had it all. Super close to the Publix grocery store so we could zip over there and grab what we needed to cook. We absolutely loved our time at this house. Will definitely return!
