Typical airport hotel

Breakfast was superb, large selection of some 185 different items all of the very best quality. Bed was very comfortable, and the bedlinen made from top quality Egyptian cotton (maybe Frette?), technology in the room worked well as expected. entry to the hotel was super easy directly by a short inter-connected walkway from the airport terminal and the reception was manned by two people even at 3 am at night, which was comforting. The reception staff was friendly, and professional. My room was on 11 floor, light and airy. Absolutely no airport noise. Air conditioning was quiet and functioned well.

I found it a little frustrating that there was no tray available at breakfast, which meant having to carry own breakfast items one by one to the table - frustrating and time consuming, and definitely not my choice if I would have travelled for business. Top up for coffee/tea should have been offered by the waitress. Availability of the breakfast should be extended to 10 am. Eg this time I arrived to the hotel at 3 am, and found it challenging to have to arrive to breakfast by 8.30/9 am, alternatively breakfast service to rooms should be available. I did ask. Reception did not accept a letter for posting and I did not have the time to find the post box in the terminal. Hand shower in the bathroom did not function properly, I tried several times to turn it on without success. As a result the choices were running the tap or letting the big head shower to wet your hair and body. Most women do not like having their hair completely wet when having a shower. This system mainly serves men.

Huoneen ulkonäkö ja erityisesti kylpytilan lattialämmitys oli hyvä asia. Myös sänky oli loistava, vaikkakin hieman korkealla. Myös ravintola oli loistavalla paikalla ja etenkin katseluterassi oli loistava lisä

Ravintolan ruoka oli ihan hyvä vaikkakin hieman keskinkertainen. Suomenkielinen menu olisi myös hyvä asia.

Great choice for breakfast, and all very fresh. The staff were cheerful and enhanced the occasion.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room - too much aircon. But that can happen with so much new technology.

Wonderful! The breakfast was unbelievable. I’d come back just for the breakfast, but the beds were great too!

Upea ja kaunis hotelli lentokentällä. Helppo kävellä suoraan terminaalista sisäkautta hotelliin. Erittäin siisti ja hiljaiset sekä tilavat huoneet. Hyvät sängyt + tyynyt plussaa.

Very comfortable hotel right in Helsinki airport.Excellent breakfast served from 04:00 for early fliers and efficient friendly staff. Good and reasonably priced restaurant.
