This property is beautiful!! The beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful yet full of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. We had three adults and two 17 year old teens and we were all comfortable with our own area to sleep and rest. I wish we could have stayed longer, but this was just a pit stop along our road trip.

You can’t have a better place to stay while visiting Park City. When we arrived we parked our car and didn’t take it out until we left. We were in the middle of all the action - a close walk to everything downtown. A short Uber ride to visit Deer Valley Resort. We even enjoyed the pool which was never crowded.

This property is located in the historic Park City area. It is ideal for ease of shopping, dining, drinking, etc. The resort has various activities on sight daily. I recommend and would return.

Our suite was lovely! Everything was so well kept, clean and fresh. The mountain, chairlift, shops, street view from our windows were fabulous. All amenities and the downtown shops were right out the door. The underground parking area is also very clean and feels secure. Thank you!

Summit watch is ideally situated at the bottom of the hill on main street. Walk out your door and you are on main street. The pool maybe the one "drawback" - if you're on the opposite end of the facility it is a hike to get to it. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We were amazed at the size. We only stayed one night so we didn't do anything but sleep and a load of laundry. Location is on lower main street so it's an easy walk up the hill for diner or anything else, because it's all downhill to the room.

Everything went smoothly. The Main Street location is perfect. Marriott front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. It was handy having a full-size kitchen which included a table for 6 people. The Marriott Summit offers lots of amenities, but we were in town for a wedding, so we weren’t able to take advantage of all the fun things to do at the resort. Highly recommend this place for any time of year!

It was an amazing place to stay. Rooms were clean and we even got a call asking us how were enjoying our stay. It was in close proximity to everything downtown, to mountain biking and other activities. Our kids absolutely loved going swimming in the pool and hot tubs. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and we also plan on coming back again.

Location terrific. Room setup was awsome for 3 couples and single adult. Stains on sheets (oil?) on arrival, jet tub very dusty and jets not clean, surface around tub not clean and other furniture surfaces quite dusty (like a thick layer). 2 Coffee cups coated with thick layer of food residue. Any issues brought to attention of front desk were handled promptly. Other things not worth notifying, so we handled ourselves. Overall, not a big deal, but expected more.

The stay was fantastic! The front desk people are super nice and the room was beautiful and in a beautiful area. Somehow I ended up having 2 reservations under my name though and I have no idea why. I don’t know if it was a problem with communication or with vrbo or with the hotel. The front desk people were able to clear it up though I think…

Overall SO impressed and happy with our stay at this Marriott. Zachary checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the shops right there within walking distance. The view was amazing and we rode the ski lift that was also within walking distance! Can’t recommend it enough!

We had family from AZ, IN & FL meet in Park City to celebrate birthdays and graduations. We had two 2bed/2ba units that were perfect for our group. Summit Watch is a great property in an excellent location on Main Street. Units were clean and well-supplied and we used the grills just outside our building, which were cleaned regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful and even arranged an impromptu outing for us. Highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect suite for 2 couples. There were 2 completely separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a central living/dining room. Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Parking was easy in the garage. The location was perfect for walking around town. Very much enjoyed our stay. Had a great dinner right under our building. If we come back to Park City, would love to stay there again.
