House was very convenient to town, spotless and relaxing. Loved the back porch!

The house was very clean and well furnished. We loved the walking distance to downtown and close to amazing waterfalls and hiking. We’ll be back

We stayed for 10 nights. This house is cute and partially updated. Quick and easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed many mornings and late afternoons walking downtown and through the neighborhood. Just a short walk to get onto the greenway. You can walk to Morning Social restaurant (recommended for breakfast) and walk to Noblebräu brewing. Plenty of cute coffee shops downtown as well. The house had an amazing flat yard with a big back deck. Beautiful trees and a small view of the mountains can be seen from the back. We enjoyed this feature multiple times a day. There is also a big front deck. The master bedroom is very big with a nice shower in the bathroom. And the couch in the living room is comfortable as well. The living room has old wood floors which are beautiful. The master room runs on its on thermostat and the rest of the house runs on a furnace. We had some issues with it being very hot upstairs but the property maintenance team had someone over immediately and fixed the problem. Everything was nice after that. The only thing negative I would say is that all of the beds are pretty firm, other than than it’s a great house. The whole house flows very nicely and we really loved the yard and having easy access to everything. Would stay here again

Perfect location in Brevard. House is in excellent condition and met our needs perfectly. Exceeded expectations. It looks smaller in the pictures. Great porch in back.

Great property located in walking distance of downtown. Quiet, clean and plenty of room. Would happily stay here again next time in town.

Everything felt fresh and new. So spacious and comfortable. Great view from back deck. Short walk to town for dining and shops. All the amenities you need and dog friendly too! Our family of four really enjoyed our stay!!!

Everything about this house was great -- I can't thing of a single negative thing about it. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in Brevard Bungalow. Very nice and comfortable home. We are reserving it again in September. You won't be disappointed!
