Been there several times do their best to meet your accommodations pretty good but like most places a lot of beds and motels need to be a lot firmer

They need more pillows

Walls def need repaint and there are things like cracked outlet, hole in the bathroom door that could use repair. Shower looked new though and bedding was clean. Actually, the whole room was very clean. Good for the price.

The experience is what you would expect from a motel. From the moment I walked into the room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and a burn mark on the bed blanket verified that the room had been smoked in. Along with not just some, but many stray hairs in the bathroom area, the walls were pretty scuffed up and needed a fresh coat of paint. And the sheets had what appeared to be mold or mildew. I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets and brought my own pillow. Otherwise, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean and usable. I have to manage my expectations. This wasn't the worst motel experience, but it wasn't the greatest either. I'd rank it 5/10 overall. There could be some improvements to the comfort of the rooms, such as less overhead lighting, upgraded bedding, etc.

Staff was very kind. I felt very welcomed I’ve been there twice now, it’s a really nice hotel I love the bell manor.

Wonderful and quiet

The customer service is good. They were nice and friendly. If you need any extra amenities, you can ask them at the front desk. The room was generally clean, it didn’t feel or look dirty which is appreciated. I your in the area, it’s not a bad place to stay.

I thought I would have a desk or some type of closet for my clothes, the staff is friendly and I applaud their effort, but the room fell short of my expectations. The bed was not comfortable, the area was a little rough, and the bathroom was very confined.
