Great property, great location!

The property was clean and well equipped. We had been worried about the lack of air con, but honestly it was not an issue the house was cool all though out the day/evening! The pool was lovely and the children really enjoyed it. We have been coming to the area for many years and this is by far the best property we have stayed in, we hope to book again for next summer. Also Thanks to Wayne who was really helpful throughout our stay.

We were all wery happy with ours stay in the apartment. The guardian of the apartment allowed us to stay few hours longer while we waited after our flight. We will recoummend this apartment and stay in this town.

Superb property in a great location, 10 min from the beach, 1 min from the supermarket and 15min walk to restaurant. Big thank you to Alan, responded within minutes to every email, as I said, fantastic 3 bed property, the most facilities we've ever had renting villas, nothing was overlooked,great tv system, super fast Wi-Fi and very comfortable furniture. Plenty of outside space, roof terrace was amazing, sitting there watching the Spanish air force practicing all day long, superb pool, the whole week we were there, only saw about 2 other people using it, all in all, amazing, we would highly recommend it and Will definitely be back.

Very hot the whole time so walking out of the villa to cool down in the pool was great. Super market next door. Beach 10 mins away main strip for bars and restaurants 15 mins. It’s a nice walk home after drinking and eating Red Lion great value. All together this this made for a great holiday will be going again. This was our second time staying in the villa.Its in a great location.Its lovely and quiet but close enough to the beach,restaurants,bars and shops.If you fancy you can get on a train that takes you up to the old town.You can get off and have a look around relax with a cocktail and get back on the train that will take you back again.Our children loved the pool so much they were never out of it.The beach is gorgeous too.The children are safe out on a lilo in the sea as its non tidal.Well worth staying here.Great value for money.Will be going again in the near future.Thanks Alan

We had a party of seven all staying at this villa which is set in a very Spanish part of town. Very close to supermarket and not far from beach. A good twenty minute walk into the main town but there are always taxis available. Lovely welcome package when we got there too. Murcia is a lovely place for a holiday and staying at this villa made it a very Spanish experience. Loved it x

We enjoyed the Villa it had everything we needed our only drawback was the lack of airconditioning the heat was incredible at night therefore we could not sleep.To be fair I new this on booking . The complex is very nice lovely pool and well maintained. The beach is about !5 mins away when walking, the local supermarket is next door and the Saturday Market is very near with good fruit etc

We spent April & May in this property and found it to be well equipped and spacious. Property is on a secure complex with the lovely pool at its centre. We had several family members come to visit and all of them enjoyed their stay. Supermarket is 30 metres away, main bars and restaurants 15 minutes walk away. Up the hill to the Arches are a selection of local bars, tapas and pizza restaurants. Terrain is relatively flat so we hired some cycles for a week, the cost of which was more than the equivalent car rental! By chance we stumbled across a charity shop selling a couple of cycles so we purchased them so saving a fortune. The Spanish Red Arrows practise along the shore so that was a treat. There are local buses but they are somewhat random in when they turn up and which route they take. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We are a group of four middle aged golfers and Alan's property suited our requirements perfectly. walking distance to bars and restaurants, virtually next door to a supermarket, and very close to several golf courses. The property itself was well looked after and had two good showers. Plenty of extra bedding was provided when the nights turned a little colder and a nice patio area for catching the sun. We shall be returning next year, provided Alan will have us!

A very well equipped villa in a good location. A few adjustments and it would be perfect . Some fans for in the summer hotter months would be good we felt the ceiling fans didn't really do anything . Also not sure how practical it would be but the bunk beds down stairs would be better suited upstairs as I'm not very comfortable with leaving the children downstairs and the adults upstairs . However this may be due to the room size downstairs . Apart from that the villa is fantastic . And sandy the key holder very helpful and accommodating. Thank you

Lovey pool and town house but it was so hot that we couldn't sleep as it didn't have air conditioning I did think that in June it wouldn't have been so hot but we had a heat wave. This apartment dose need to have air con I would go back if it did. As it is a lovely place to stay .

Lovely villa. Everything you needed was at hand. Peaceful pool area so able to relax. It was very hot reaching high end 30s. The fans worked but when this hot air con would have been better. Lovely walks to beach and town centre. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

The property was very clean and had everything in it to make it a fantastic stay.. Great location for supermarket and a great central location for much of the island.. The pool is great and very clean.. We cant wait to stay again..

Me and my family stayed here the beginning of April , it was fantastic and had everything we could want .It was an ideal location for us with everything within walking distance . We will defiantly be rebooking .

Well maintained apartment, ideal for relaxing family holiday. The pool was a real hit for our three children as they had it pretty much to themselves even in July! The surrounding area was residential and quiet (not many bars etc) which suited us but a nice 10-15 min walk took us to a strip with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. The apartment had all mod cons with widescreen tv, dvd etc. If it had air conditioning in the bedrooms it would have been perfect!
