The house was really pretty and well-maintained. The view was amazing what we really liked was the grill outside and all the games. Our family had a wonderful reunion. The only thing we could’ve used was a broom so we could have swept up some of the leaves. Other than that it was great.

We really liked our stay in this property. It was as described but is in need of a little maintenance. Location was great. Binder provided with info was helpful too.

Aside from the need to transport trash 4 miles to a dumpster, which I guess is required even for homeowners - the place was as advertised.
New pots, pans, and bakingware should be considered.

This is a great place to just get away and relax. The hot tub and pool table were enjoyed by all. This was our second time staying here. We all enjoyed getting away, cooking out and just being able to relax. The only complaint was the tv's did not work properly even after replacing the batteries. We love this place and will definitely be back.

House and ‘hood are great, with quick access to all things on resort. House is in desperate need of attention. Kitchen was a mix of random dishes, a single wine glass, and maybe one or two pots for cooking. Frying pans and awesome Blackstone grill were trashed or filthy. We took care of what we could to enjoy the stay but would not recommend for a family or group that likes to cook and hang out at night. Asked for two things from property manager, received response and call thinking it was another property.

We stayed between Christmas and New Years-6 adults. The house was well suited to our needs. Lots TV’s for sports, pool table, hot tub, close to the ski slopes. Wish there had been more comfortable seating in living room with pool table, but all-in-all, we had a great stay.

Our daughter was swimming a college meet against Bridgewater College so we decided to make a fun trip of it and stay in a place where we could make meals and have good family time. We had a blast playing pool and the ring game and also hanging out in the hot tub. Kitchen worked great for meals. Though you will need to bring a 13x9 casseroles or 8x8 for brownies. But appliances were great and the Blackwater griddle was amazing for grilling. Hot water and heat ere perfect. Leaves were gorgeous. We had a terrific time!

The house was perfectly located for the water park, petting farm and playgrounds and not far at all from the adventure area! Easy access to stores just down the road. Only negative was needing to add a few more dishes and utensils and maybe some more seating on the main floor. We tend to eat in for all meals as we have little kids and had to mostly hand wash everything after each meal to ensure we had utensils for the next meal. While the basement area had the main seating space, we would have loved some comfy seating around the pool table area upstairs.

I came to this property for a short stay and loved it. Lots of space, open layout, and very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and nestled in the woods, but is right there in the resort close to all its attractions. This was a great place to unwind, highly recommend.

As an allergy sufferer, I appreciated that the upstairs space was mostly hardwood/tile. The game tables & hot tub were a great bonus! I really appreciated that everything was there for us in terms of bedding & towels, and that the check out “to do” list was simple. We would definitely stay again!

It's a house in a residential neighborhood within a ski resort. It's close enough to Harrisonburg that you can get Grub Hub delivered, but far enough out to be in the pretty countryside with easy access to Shenandoah NP. It was really perfect for a spring break getaway. The house is a little weird in that there's nothing in the living room but a pool table. But we hung out in the basement where the big couch is. We never could get the TV to work as a TV, but we used it for a monitor and watched movies through our computer. We would stay here again. We were appreciative that we could bring our dogs.
