We had a great stay at the watershed, location is perfect, views are beautiful and really the photos dont do it justice. The house is large and the hosts were really helpful and responded quickly, check in was easy.We are already planning our next trip!

The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiul ocean facing aspect, very well designed interiors, sun lit rooms, great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with deck and spa, 50 mts awy from the beach with direct access, what else we could have asked for. We all had a great time. Kids loved the bunk beds and various games stocked in the house, as well as their time on the beach. We didnt even feel the need to step of the house. And not to miss, The sunrise that you can see right from the master bedroom, dont even need to get out of the bed. Highly recommended.

This little gem really surprised us! What an amazing house and location. Was an incredible spot for a getaway with friends. Such a short private path to a great beach. House had everything you could need and more. Amazing design for friends or family. So many different options to hang out as a group or have your own space. Great showers. LOVED the garden. Amazing hosts too. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here for our little family escape. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the private gardens. The home is incredibly comfortable, and tĥe bedrooms exceeded expectations. Great sleeps all round. The fireplace was perfect as well as different areas in the house to enjoy a family meal. We loved it here. No one wanted yo leave. Looking forward to our next stay!

- Communication: Super easy. Brett and Kylie have welcomed us to their holiday home with answers to our many questions. Best hosts! - Comfort: My family has been saying all throughout our stay that The Watershed feels like we are resting at home but with extra best sea views and large area for our child and dog child to play. Amenities that were provided were so convenient! Omg...the coffee with the Breville Capsule Machine was a just pure love. Kitchen was just fully equipped for us to cook and enjoy good food! - Views + Location: The front and back view... we would love to be back over and over again. Beach access straight from the garden (especially off leash 3pm to 10am) for our energetic boy and dog, plus as a beach loving family, it was the best location ever. You don't even have to go anywhere, just chill at home, enjoy the view, enjoy the little deck area that overlooks the beach, go down to the beach and repeat :) Parking plenty for 3 cars! Beautiful friendly neighbours. We just really fell in love with the place. Resting by the spa outside, chilling by the fireplace indoor, fun (top bunk for the child) and practical, comfy beds for the whole family, plenty of bathrooms to share. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed . The beach was just a few steps away, allowing us to enjoy morning walks and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a much-needed getaway.
