The three holiday homes for 2 to 4 people are located separately on a 1000 square metre recreational plot within a quiet residential area, just 750 m from the Baltic Sea beach. There is another holiday home on the property. The houses were completely renovated and refurnished in 2018. This holiday home for 2 adults and 2 children is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), a bedroom (double bed, TV), a children's bedroom (bunk bed, TV), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances) and a small bathroom with shower/WC. Outside, each accommodation has a furnished terrace, barbecue and car park. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children on request. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is subject to visitor's tax. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer.
