From arrival this stay has been the worst i have ever stayed in. The property manager demaded we pay 100 dollars cash extra for my daughter, after i was told by text that it was fine. The house was out dated with dirty walls and spiders in the restroom. The worst part was cameras all over the property watching your every move and the SMELL everywhere was horrible! Like sewage was at your patio door. I am an experienced traveler and this stay was awful.

I would first like to start with the positive before I get into the negative experiences. What I like about this property was that it was right in front of the beach. You just can’t beat that. Now let me tell you ALL of the wrong things about this place. First they sent us an email asking for all of the names or else there would be a $50 charge per person per night. So I did, I emailed them back and gave them the updated head count and list of names. Now when we got there security and his name is Diego would not honor my list. So he had me pay an additional $200. I got exhausted trying to explain the list of names which he had in front of him, but he didn't want to honor the list. He only was honoring the original rsvp. So we had no choice but to pay an additional $200. When we got to the house, omg a foul smell of sewage. THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. That was just terrible. Now we did have one AC unit in the front of the house, but it would not reach to the other 2 guest rooms in the back of the house. Those 2 back rooms would get SUPER hot. There were other issues that were minor, but those were our main complains, we simply would never come back. I would recommend a resort.

Loved that it’s family/pet friendly community

I enjoyed how family friendly and dog friendly this place was. We couldn’t bring our dog but look forward to next time. There was plenty of space and great access to pool and beach. I enjoyed how we had a view up top and outside the room. The only thing was I would have liked single bed option for people who want to sleep alone. But overall we enjoyed the stay and how close places were we wanted to go to. We also felt very safe in the gated area. The staff was friendly and helpful.
