We had a great stay! This house is brand new / amazing, and being across the street from public beach access was very convenient. 30a Beach Girls were very responsive via texts as well. Having the kitchen on the third floor was a little bit of a hike for some of the older adults in our group, but it was totally worth it for the great views. We sat on the patio in the mornings/evenings to read and watch the sunrise/sunset. Our kids also loved the pool and the pinball machine. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

30A beach girls really made our stay so amazing. They were all very communicative for the weeks leading up to it and made it such a seamless process. Airport pickup, groceries delivered, birthday balloons, chef for 2 nights a brunch bar set up. The house itself was even better than we expected and there was enough room for everyone to sleep and relax and vacation comfortably. The house is impressive to say the least. Our family that rented nearly spent every meal withy us and almost every waking moment!! The views never get old day and night. The included bonfire night was AMAZING as mentioned in other reviews. It was also just across the road. Perfect evening. Hollie dropped off ghost hunting kits!! lol the kids went nuts! We all appreciated the personal touches. I highly recommend booking through 30A beach girls to have a relaxing, clean, and non-hassle stay :) We will have our 2025 summer dates soon! This house is now our preferred spot!

Airport transport, groceries, our bonfire and recommendations on everything. This was the best vacation in years. 30a Beach Girls are exceptional hosts and deliver an amazing vacation!

My husband booked the house for my 40th birthday and it was amazing! He coordinated several surprises including balloons, marquee letters, a birthday cake and flowers. 30a BeachGirls helped him plan and they did the set ups and scheduling. It was perfect! We hd a romantic beach bonfire complete with wine and a charcuterie board. It was an incredible night. The house is unbelievable! Absolutely gorgeous. I still can't believe he found such an incredible home. We can't wait to bring our extended family back later this year to experience it all.

We spent a really wonderful time at the 30A Beach Girls home in Santa Rosa Beach! It's a new construction and very well laid out with the living/kitchen on the 3rd level enjoying stunning views of the water and located directly across from an entrance to the beach. And the private pool/spa is fabulous as well. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely love this property! From the furnishings, to the incredible views. The pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace are great additions. Highly recommend for families.

This place is amazing. Top notch EVERYTHING, from the chef's kitchen to the comfortable beds, ample indoor and outdoor seating, and beautiful ocean views! Comfortable places to sit and hang out throughout the home, as well as a huge dining table. We loved the carriage house too! The 4th floor tower view is unmatched. Pool, hot tub, built in outdoor cooking area as well. The ocean is across the street. Literally. Wow. Just incredible. We loved our stay and will be back.

Ascend the stairs (or elevator) to the great room and you will feel as though you are floating on the sea. Notice your blood pressure dropping and your relaxing stay is under way! This house is brand new, with all the latest bells and whistles. Each room has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, and the tower perch on level 4 is an added bonus. The game room on the pool level provides for more fun and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.
