The location of the property was lovely, and the layout worked well, however many things were not in good condition and clearly the photos are very old. We had 2 cars and were told there was parking for both in the driveway, when we arrived one side of the driveway was blocked by some very heavy planters, we reached out to the owner who said we could move them but not a great a start. 2 of the 3 beds had rips and tears in the bed frame frame making it appear really awful, and the mattresses were horrible to sleep on. The sheets were obviously old and in fact in the master bedroom had holes in the sheets. There were not enough towels to go around, and in the master bath and powder room no hand towels only small square facecloths left for use( the master bathroom had 2 bath sheets, and some small facecloths, that was it!). The outdoor balconies from the 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no chairs as was depicted in the photos, and were very dirty, lots of bird poop and other stuff that it was obvious had not been cleaned in a while, unusable. The 2 chaise lounges on the lower level were in bad shape and we had to clean them off before using them ( with no extra towels to use on them).The sliding door in the master would not close or lock at all, and many of the windows and doors in the bedroom areas were not working properly.Such a shame to have these issues for a place that could be a great rental but was not, and not worth the money we paid.

This was a mom and daughter trip. The location and views were great. We were a little disappointed with condition of the property. The doors were hard to lock or did not lock at all. There were very limited towels and they had stains on them. The kitchen was lacking a lot of basic supplies and some of the smaller appliances did not work. Overall it was good, but it does need to be updated.

My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in this lovely and well equipped villa. Stunning views of the pacific ocean and lots of open space. Perfect description and very friendly host Michael.
