Property is good, convenient and clean. We absolutely loved the staff; they are genuinely friendly, kind and efficient. A credit to the Ibis group.

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 months, mainly because it is close to my Company HQ. I asked for a receipt when checking out, but they refused to give me one, due ti the fact that hotels.com booked it through a third party booking agent.it was a case of "The computer says No!"

Staff great, but owner charges £25 for a night of parking without disclosing until you get there. Hidden fees get you a single star from me.

A very 'by the book' Ibis Styles hotel. It was ok, not great. On arrival reception was chaotic, no improvement since my previous stay around a decade ago. The room had been given the 'once over' but not deep cleaned, there were isolated hairs and marks on the bedding. Noisy pipes would have kept me awake but I was totally gone after flight complications and just crashed anyway, as did my spouse. Breakfast was average, had to request a milk substitute from the bar and was given just enough to portion two cups of coffee. The area was very noisy with a large group of children playing a table football game, not a good atmosphere for breakfast, but can't blame the hotel staff for that - more the design putting too much too close.

Kitchen was nicely appointed.

No proper indication for exit via staircase on the 2nd floor during busy periods with limited lifts available to provide easy access to the lobby withbagage.

This hotel was ideal for us to stay the night before our flight to New York.

Close to airport and convenient bus routes. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

The staff absolutely made my stay from start to finish. They were helpful, professional, efficient, friendly, welcoming workforce. The facilities were great. Food was good. Cant fault anything, would absolutley stay again & recommend.

Close to the airport. Room was small but all we needed since we were just staying the night before our flight.

This was a perfect stop-over for the night before our connection out of Gatwick the next morning. Convenient, clean, good food options, free breakfast and very hospitable service. Will stay again in future!

A good hotel to stay at if flying from Gatwick, clean and tidy, decent bar etc but it is built next to a derelict area so don’t expect good views. The hotel itself is pretty good and reasonably priced

Great, very clean room, a bit of an issue at check in due to an admin error, but resolved by the staff. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was really good.

The location is not within airport area

We stayed for a night before our early flight the next day. It was a great stay at an affordable price.

We stayed the night at the Ibis before an early morning flight from Gatwick and could not have had a more seamless, enjoyable stay. The HB1 shuttle (£5 per trip per person) leaves from the south terminal and took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the lobby area with bar, restaurant, and lounge area with a large selection of travel books was, clean, quirky, and inviting. The bar was open 24/7 and the restaurant was open until 10pm and reopened for breakfast at 6am. The room was spotless with crisp white sheets, a large-screen tele, and a blackout blind. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this visit and will stay again.

Very convent location, with the bus stop to the LGW airport just across the street, taking you to the airport train station, you can go anywhere from there. It includes breakfast which is very good. The front desk people are very helpful.

Really nice hotel! I’d stay there again and recommend.
