This house was built for entertaining your entire family. Great views of the eastern side of Whidbey Island (Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and Mt Baker), this well stocked house sits on 10+ peaceful acres. There is a forest preserve to further buffer from the outside world and pond on property. Lovely garden/orchard/flowers on property. Plenty of nature abounds! Just beware of the hot tub at night when the slugs are out and about! 😅 There is NO water or beach access from the home. You will need to drive about 3-5 miles to get to a beach access. The design of the house is suitable for two families to each have their own section of the sleeping quarters. None of the bedrooms are en-suite. On one end, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and double sinks. The other end has three bedrooms that share two bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed, another has a queen sized bed, and the third has three singles (not bunkbeds). One of the bathrooms on this end has a tub/shower and the other just a shower. The kitchen, dining room, and living space are open floor plan with fabulous windows looking out to the beautiful outdoors. There is a basketball court and pickleball court with plenty of grassy areas to play frisbee or football. Plenty of outdoor eating spots and places to sit in the shade of the trees. The cute town of Coupeville is about a 10 minute drive. Oak Harbor is about 25 minutes. Perfect location to relax and unwind from the busyness of everyday life!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. If you need to some time to reset in a calming and luxurious setting with 12 of your closest friends/family, this place is it. The space can accommodate a big group and the home is large enough that everyone can retreat to a quiet space if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has an array of spices for cooking. The property offers many different activities for everyone to enjoy and is immersed in the natural surroundings - with bunnies, deer and geese regularly coming by to say hello. Although it is oceanfront, there is no direct access to the beach as it is a very steep cliff facing the ocean - which was disappointing. However there are many beaches a close drive away and it was a beautiful view to watch the sunrise, eagles and boats. There was an issue with the water valve upon check-in that was resolved by the Vacasa property managers that evening - despite not having direct communication with the owners. Despite a stressful start, the quality of the space and property quickly made up for it. There was enough towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for everyone. Our group quickly felt at home. Would absolutely recommend the space and would definitely come stay again.

House was filthy when we checked in at 4pm. Dirty food on the floor. The toilets disgusting. No clean towels or linens. It looks like someone started cleaning then just left. But Vacasa sent out a cleaning crew pretty quickly and provided a partial refund, we just had to wait 3-4 hours to get inside. The house does have a great layout for a large group.
