Breakfast was good - $20 per person with good choice of hot and cold options. Hotel was clean and obviously quite new. Back Bay is nice part of Boston with nearby shopping, parks and river

Room was very narrow with bed at one end taking full width of room which shows room width is only about 7 feet. Location was next to interstate and railway and road junction so noise at night was continuous, Check in was very impersonal, didn't feel vey welcoming - more like what I would expect from a budget hotel chain. IPad controlling room a bit gimmicky

It was a new and clean facility. Staff were very nice.

Rooms were really small. Really hard to move around with 2 people in the room. The shower/toilet set up was weird. The room was like a small cruise ship cabin. Food choices were very limited and expensive in the bar. Breakfast is charged separately at $20 per person per day, I believe that is way too much for breakfast. No coffee pot in the room. No complimentary coffee at all. That was disappointing. It is a new building with many kinks to work out. We were evacuated late at night with no explanation as to why. Then another issue was someone getting stuck in an elevator. Not the best experience but not earth shattering either.
