We enjoyed the pool, spa, Addikt restaurant near the pool, Mexican restaurant Veinte in adjacent building. Easiliy walked to Whole Foods and enjoyed the sidewalk along the seawall. Would have been good to have the options and phone number to pre- book spa appointments. Great weekend overall.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Check in was very easy. Condo was very clean. We would definitely return at our next visit in Brickell.

Ive stayed at this building multiple times and its always lots of fun. There is crazy ocean and city skyline views from this property. There is so much stuff in very close walking distance to do from the building. The Whole foods is just about a 5 minute walk away a couple blocks down the street. There is 5 or more food trucks in the park right next to the building with amazing authentic hispanic food and a bakery. The mall is also just a couple blocks away, Brickell city centre, which is a very high end shopping mall with tons of stores and food places. The property was clean, beds were comfy, The pool at this building is amazing. I will definetley be coming back to miami again and i reccomend these hosts as the check in/ check out process was smooth as can be. Thank you !

The good: Apartment was in good condition. Location is great--30 minutes or less to almost anywhere in the Miami area, depending on traffic. Checking in was easy and communication with the hosts was quick and they always responded. Loved the pool! The so-so (but not bad!): Parking is offsite or expensive for the W Hotel valet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely week in this apartment - great location, excellent amenities and facilities, and stunning views over the Bay. Also having use of the enormous pool for the complex was a bonus! Definitely recommended

I absolutely Loved this condo & appreciated all it had to offer. My Family really enjoyed our stay, from the awesome pool view & stunning bay views was perfect. My husband took advantage of the fitness center, my kids stayed in the pool & I stayed gazing off the balcony & Master bedroom city views were all so perfect. The only thing I’d add is to pay attention to the cleaning detail as far as hair found in the master bedroom & animal fur. Not a deal breaker but it was a bit found. But I or We would definitely stay again, actually friends are interested in staying here as well.

This was a beautiful property that was not overstated by the photos online (which is sometimes the case). The view and location was fantastic. While the check-in process was a little chaotic, the site manager was very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues (plugged shower drain and batteries died in the safe) which were both resolved very quickly with no fuss. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

We checked in on 10/17/22. We pulled the shade down in the master suite. There were blood stains on the shade. Also the decorative pillow on the bed was dirty. Stains looked like someone ejaculated on the pillow. I took pictures and sent to the cite manager. She apologized and sent someone to clean the shade. When I didn't hear back from the cite manager, I sent all pictures to the owners. She apologized but didn't offer to discount our stay or try to accommodate us period. I will let Everyone I know about the property we stayed during our vacation. The owner, Sylvia, said she was not going to do anything as for as accommodating us doing this inconvenience. I told her this is unacceptable and inappropriate on all levels. I guarantee Sylvia wouldn't allow her family to stay in such conditions. All her concerns were only on the money she made during the week. We checked in 10/17/22 & checked out 10/22/22. We stayed one week at her property, if she had comped one night or offered dinner, it would have let us know she tried to do something for our inconvenience during my husband birthday week. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING and VERY DISTURBING!!!

Very nice apartment that was extremely clean. All new furniture in living room. Beautiful views and convenient to the highway and airport. The access to the gym and pool were a big hit for us. We will definitely stay here again. Management team was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

The place was accurate as photos, everything was stated an communicated well except for parking. I asked for the prepaid parking " passed were limited" so I didn't get one. Valet was the next option but I was not informed that THAT also was 1st come 1st serve. 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed we had to park at another garage off site for another building because eventho I was a paying resident to stay there the ran out of parking. Also ofsite parking was not an option discussed but it is cheaper. All in all I enjoyed my stay an would rent again.

My stay with Miami Vacation Rentals; There are a few things that I want to bring to your attention: room with the twin beds, the light between the beds was not working, and I really think the apartment needs to be tidy-up, wall paper needs to fixed or re-glued the sofa and chairs are run down, in all the furniture was run- down, but what would really help if the apartment was renovated, and furniture replaced, this apartment should be much cheaper, the one thing I really enjoyed was the apartment views, and the site manager was really helpful, not sure I would vacation at this place again!

Everything went smoothly.

This unit was in a great location with an awesome view, but the unit was extremely rundown. 3 of the lamps in the unit did not work or had lightbulbs that were out (not sure which) and one of the TV remotes did not have any batteries inside. Luckily we were not spending much time in the unit. For the price we paid would hope that little things like that would be working.

This is my 2nd stay at the W Residence. I love the property, location and amenities all within walking distance. The only negative is the property management company. Two years in a row, they have been rude, belligerent and anything but customer focused. I guess since the property and location sell themselves, the property management people don’t have to be a part of the sell. While I love the property I have decided life is too short to be treated they way they treat paying customers.

We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back again. Located in a great area. The views were wonderful, the pool was great, communication with owners and management team were very easy. We had a great time.

A couple of friends and I celebrated my birthday in Brickell back in February. In the information sent over prior to arriving, it does say that arriving after 9P to check in will result in additional fees. However, what if your plane is delayed a few times? So literally arriving 4 min past 9, because of situations beyond our control and a confused Lyft driver, we were told that we needed the fee money in cash or could use Zelle. Also because of arriving at 9:04, we were given brief information without a tour. One of the ladies on the trip had highly recommended this property and explained how great the hospitality was, which was my reason for booking. After asking the property manager if a tour was to be included, I was given a few excuses and a back and forth before agreeing to do so. She did check in once to make sure that our stay was comfortable, which was appreciated. Then at check out time, I was reminded of a few things to do and the language barrier between the 2 of us caused another slight issue after I understood her to want me to do one thing, but she meant another. I’d sent a picture of the task being done as requested and she called a few times before I could answer and held a tone with me that I thought was inappropriate. The apartment itself was beautiful, like stated in the title but my experience with the hostess/manager was EXTREMELY subpar. I would have given a 5 star rating, otherwise.

Everything about this property and the managers that run the rental unit was beyond our expectations. First, the rental unit itself is exactly as pictured online, and has breathtaking views of the city, bay, pool and bridges. It was incredible by day and night. The unit was very clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The site manager, Maria, was extremely helpful and available for any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. My only con would be I had a slight issue with the reserved parking spot. I had booked it for my length of stay, and it was confirmed at that, but later I was told it would not be available the first day. I would highly recommend reserving the spot that comes with the unit, it is much easier and less expensive than the valet. The pool chairs can get taken early so keep that in mind! I would definitely recommend this unit. It was as close to a perfect experience as we have ever had!

A great experience - the company is terrific - very responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is terrific.

Overall, our stay at this apartment was just wonderful. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and the views from the unit (located on the 25th floor) are really stunning. The location was great for us. We walked to quite a lot of places, and South Beach was an easy Uber ride away. The very best part of this property is by far the pool and pool deck. The largest of the pools is semi-heated, and the middle pool is basically a big jacuzzi (perfect for Miami in the winter). The poolside staff were really attentive and friendly. There were just a couple of things about the property that weren't the greatest, but they didn't detract from our stay overall (1. At times the elevators in the building were painfully slow -- more than once we had to wait 5-10 minutes for a working elevator; 2. If you look closely, the apartment itself is getting a bit "tired" -- wallpaper is starting to peel, furniture is a bit worn, etc.). Again, these issues were fairly minor given that everything else was so wonderful. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The pros. This property is awesome.The views were amazing,lots of things in walking distance but with that being said,walk at your own risk. Miami drivers are crazy.Good thing the apartment was beautiful because I stayed there the entire time in fear of being killed in traffic.Check in was a bit frustrating because of the parking situation and check out is at 11:00 but if you are still there at 10:45 be prepared to have housekeeping just walk in on you,nice lady but I wish she had waited in the hall while we grabbed the last of our things.I would stay here again in a heartbeat if in the area again,but I would also plan to not leave the apartment because of crazy people and the apartment is just that nice

I don’t usually go all out on properties but this was well worth my money. It exceeded my expectations, even. The only issue was they were a little slow to fix a few things in the kitchen but Gabrielle the property manager was so friendly and sweet. The bedroom with the two separate full beds is a bit small for two people and suitcases but otherwise I’d definitely say it’s spacious, clean, and a beautiful property. The gym and pool exceeded what I imagined. Just an FYI- this building is very busy with a lot of visitors so theres always a smell of weed out front and the driveway get a little hectic at times. (But that’s no biggie). Thanks for a super stay!
