Small rooms but great location to CU Boulder campus and new and clean.

This hotel has a great vibe no doubt at all. The staff was actually the best part of the stay including the front desk and valets. The proximity to the college a major plus! However the rooms a very deceivingly small as to what is pictured. The beds are only queen and super uncomfortable. For the price we paid I would not stay here again for the reason of the room size and bed.

Great vibe

We pre paid for this hotel room via Expedia. The front desk asked for a credit card for incidentals. We provided a card. Upon check, they did not provide a receipt. Then I received credit card charges for the room again. We drove back and the front desk was not able to issue a credit as the manager was not there. They promised they would send me an email and call with the credit. Again, received another notice of the the charges, no credit. I have called twice and no one can help me.

Great Vibe, many activities in the the lobby area, games, etc.

Beautiful hotel close to campus.

This hotel is charming and contemporary, the staff was great, and we enjoyed the lounge and patio areas. It is convenient to the UC-Boulder campus. The only complaint is the very small size of the room. We booked the queen with loft room for my husband, teen daughter and myself and it was very tight. Recommend the room primarily for a single traveler.

The hotel is in the running in stage and there are a fair share of problems. I would imagine these will be resolved. Having said that there are virtually no breakfast options. The rooms are cleaned only if you request and wasn’t aware of this. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

To start with, before going into the negative, the staff was super friendly and approachable. The place was very clean (brand new construction). They also gave one complementary drink for staying with them. However, the said they opened at the beginning of May, but upon arrival there was still a lot of out door construction which was very noisy. Not a fan of having to pay to “Valet” park, but there was street parking which was free, you just had to walk a decent distance and it was limited. There was confusion when asking to replenish some of the bathroom items, to which one of the staff sent up a maintenance guy to fix something I didn’t ask about at all. Overall a clean place and not a bad stay but I do highly believe they opened too soon and didn’t have their ducks in a row for public use. Hopefully it will improve when they get everything finished and settled in more.

Great place to stay in Boulder...short walk to Pearl Street for tons of dining and nightlife options. Gorgeous lobby and bar area. The hotel gym is one of the best I've experienced.
