This is our second stay here! It’s right at the foot of the parking lot for Beech Mountain ski resort. It’s so convenient to just drive up to the top level quickly and get out and go. And the best thing about this is that there’s just a small hill to get to the parking lot and it’s off the main road which the city does a great job plowing and salting. Note that you do have to go up at least one flight of stairs to get to this condo. And that’s if you unload on the second level behind the condo. But you can’t stay parked there. You have to move your car back down to the first level and then walk to the Two flights back up to the condo. And note that the top two bedrooms are accessible through a spiral staircase, and there is no bathroom up there. But there are a total of three double beds up there in 2 bedrooms so lots of room. The kitchen as well supplied with a toaster, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and lots of utensils, and pans for all your cooking and baking needs.

This was our second time staying at this location and we look forward to going back again in the future! Beautiful and clean space! Right at the ski resort and close to town!

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults. Chris was spot on with communicating and checked in to make sure all was good or if we needed anything. This time of year the area is very quiet, but everything was open except for (obviously) the ski rental shop. It's probably beautiful up there in winter and very convinient for skiers.

This was a perfect location for a mountain retreat, and it was super close to the ski slopes! We will stay here again!

Chris and Melissa truly host a perfect oasis. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their beautiful property in beech mountain. Chris and Melissa are phenomenal hosts. They have incredible communication, and make you feel like a part of their family! They provide a warm welcome message, and check in on you throughout your stay, and do everything they possibly can to make sure you have an incredible visit. The property itself is magnificent. Spacious, clean, well kept, and everything you could possibly think of is included! 3 beautiful bedrooms, a comfortable living space, full kitchen and a balcony with a view! Thanks again to Chris and Melissa for yet again another awesome trip to beech mountain!

The condo was great and proximity to the slopes couldn't have been better! The owners were amazing ... I received a personal text from the owners the day we were to check in with pictures and detailed instructions and helpful information. After our first night they text again to be sure everything was up to our expectations and then again the morning of check out to thank us for staying. I loved this special attention! I would highly recommend staying in this location. You will never find a more hospitable owner!

This property was well furnished and the decorations were an added bonus to the location for snowboarding! Owner was communicative and answered all questions we had before arrival and during stay.

This place is just a little walk or super quick drive to the base of the ski resort . Underneath has a rental place that makes it easy to rent gear for the mountain. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond . Plenty of space To hang out in

The place has a lot of space, the location is awesome and the apartment is really clean. I really recommend it.

We loved the convenience of this property. It was within walking distance to slopes. The condo was well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table made it so easy to fit our entire family for meals. We loved the decor throughout the rental. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Our family enjoyed staying here for a ski trip getaway. It was close to the slopes. We walked there. Also, the kitchen was well equipped as we had all of our meals in the condo. Chris and Melissa were very helpful and ensured that we had a great stay.

Everything was exactly as listed and shown. Condo was very clean and the owners set this place up to make you feel right at home. Beds were not the best for me, I slept on the couch last 3 nights, but I am very picky with mattress situations. My family did not have any issues, so if you can pretty much sleep on anything, you’ll be ok. Would definitely book again if we ever go back to the area.

First of all, let me say that the property was clean and well appointed., however, we struggled with a number of other aspects of the property. First of all, we were a motorcycle group traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway and needed a place that would be an easy ride to and from that area. That was anything but that. We had no idea how difficult the roads would be to Beech Mountain and how treacherous the dozens of steep hairpin turns would be getting up and down from that property. The dense fog and rain added to the difficulty as well. By the time we got to the property, we were all a bundle of nerves and not excited about the prospect of having to go up and down that road each time we rode each day. I don’t know how people do it in the winter when it snows. When we arrived, the entrance and hallways were as described (kinda old and scary—watch your footing on the stairs), but the apartment was nice and a surprise considering what everything outside of it looked like. We loved playing games around the kitchen table at night, but getting to the sleeping quarters was a challenge. The spiral staircase to the upstairs is so steep and narrow that it’s hard to carry bags upstairs because you absolutely need to be holding onto the railing to keep from falling. The stairs are super narrow. The other drawback is that anyone using the two bedrooms upstairs would have to come up and down that staircase to use that bathroom since there wasn’t one on the second level at all. I should have paid closer attention to that when we made the reservation. Difficult to navigate those steep stairs at night in the dark. Master bed was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky when you move around in it. All in all, it was probably not the best choice for us, but we were looking for a place with three bedrooms that all had queen beds and that’s all that was available in the area we were looking in. Thank you for letting us stay there—the decor was very nice and the apartment is well taken care of.

Booked for a quick weekend getaway with friends for a concert. When booking places it always seems that the photos are better then what you get. Simply not the case here!!! The owners have really outdone themselves. The decor is great, I actually felt relaxed and like I am at home. The condo is right at the bottom of Beech Mountain Resort, easy walk up. Great tavern next door with tasty food too. This place is a gem.

We had a wonderful stay on Beech Mountain. Condo was beautiful and well kept. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone. Only maybe 4 others staying at same place so it was very quiet.

My wife and I rented this condo for her to have a place to work , and us to have a place to sleep while visiting family stayed at our condo on Beech Mountain. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. It was very clean and comfortable and had great internet for her to be able to do her video calls for work. The place was very comfortable and the A/C came in handy. If you know Beech Mountain, you know that units with A/C are hard to come by, although frequently needed in the middle of the summer. The inside has been renovated very nicely and the beds are very comfortable. I can see where this unit would be very popular during ski season due to the sleeping capacity and the proximity to the slopes. The owners were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I booked this rental for Father's Day/Birthday weekend celebration and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Although the outside of the building could use some sprucing up, the unit itself totally made up for things. The decor inside is absolutely amazing and the layout is perfect for two or more guests. Communication with the owners was top-notch as well! We look forward to a return trip!
